In the latest sex scandal the Clinton and Prince Andrew parts are believable, but Alan Dershowitz?

Throughout his political life former president Bill Clinton has been involved in one sex scandal after another. The guy is horny as a toad. From Gennifer Flowers to Kathleen Willey, from Paula Jones and Juanita Broaddrick to Monica Lewinsky, Clinton has either wooed his women into bed or just forced himself on them – sometimes violently as in the Broadderick case.

Now the depraved ex-president’s name has surfaced in a new sex scandal that seems to have “legs.” Recently released court documents show that a woman named Virginia Roberts has alleged that, while she was a minor, she was pimped by Jeffrey Epstein a millionaire financier and forced to have sex with various friends of his including Prince Andrew of the United Kingdom. Among the other names that have surfaced is Bill Clinton and most surprisingly Alan Dershowitz, the famous attorney and former Harvard law professor. Though there is no proof that Clinton had sex with Ms. Roberts or any of the other underage girls under Epstein’s control, it is hard to imagine a horny bee like Clinton not dipping his stinger into a pile of honey someone else had bought for him.

Nevertheless, it is the mention of Dershowitz that makes this case so unique. It is Mister Dershowitz’ contention that not only did he never have sex with Ms. Roberts, he never even met her and that the allegations against him are total fabrications.

Dershowitz has a strong reputation for honesty and...

“The guy is horny as a toad.” What a neutral way to define a sexual degenerate sicko!

His only true statement,”I didn’t have sex with that woman, Hillary Rodham.”

He says a review of passenger manifests and his own personal travel itinerary for the period in question 1999 to 2002 will show he was nowhere near this situation.

This is not necessarily an airtight alibi.

If a billionaire with one or more private jets wants you at his party it is easy enough for him to send a jet to pick you up deliver you to the party and fly you back the next day.

The travel need never appear on your itinerary. It would simply look like you stayed in a city an extra day for personal reasons.

I’m wondering if the definition for “forced” has been somehow changed to “paid”. Probably just another opportunist banking on the assumption that most people believe any allegation of this nature.

Dershowitz acted exactly like an innocent man—demanding proof of his flights to this island, etc. There would be all kinds of flight and (if it’s not on US soil) passport records if this were true, so I tend to believe him, even though it weakens any case against Bill Clinton. Clinton has said nothing, counting on his pals in the press to ignore the story.

Ahhhhhh.....Bill Clinton and Joe Biden. Those Democrats have really captured the youth vote with those two. And Harry Reid.
The leadership of the Democrat Party look like models for an ad for a retirement home.

“Come to Whispering Villas Retirement Community and get groped by Grandpa Clinton.”

I disagree with Alan on most issues but respect him and his honesty.

He wants to institute strict gun control, but recognizes this would require changing 2A.

It’s entirely right and proper for him to want to change the Constitution. I disagree, but he is at least going about it the right way.

Passports and visas?

I’m sure billionaires have ways around those, too, especially in third-world countries. But would Dersh cover himself that carefully at risk of serious legal trouble if caught? At the time he’s accused of this crime, he would have had no particular reason to sneak in and out of the country illegally.

Why would anyone want to defame or destroy Dershowitz?

Here’s Dershowitz on Ted Cruz:

“Off-the-charts brilliant. And you know, liberals make the terrible mistake, including some of my friends and colleagues, of thinking that all conservatives are dumb. And I think one of the reasons that conservatives have been beating liberals in the courts and in public debates is because we underestimate them. Never underestimate Ted Cruz. He is off-the-chart brilliant. I don’t agree with his politics.”

I seem to remember Brother Alan ALL OVER THE MEDIA in the 1997-98 time frame just defending up a storm about how a BJ in the (or just off) Oval Office isn’t really sex and how lying about it in a Grand Jury investigation doesn’t arise to the level of an “impeachment offense”....yep...remember it well. I also remember Doris Kerns Goodwin (noted PBS and NPR and sycophant media historian) signing her scrawl to a 1998 NYT full page ad attesting such along with about 400 other ‘Constitutional Historians.’

Alan protected Clinton for a REASON. I submit, it was either ideology or personal camaraderie in a proclivity for sexual hijinks (in my personal opinion)..... or maybe both. You decide.

It does. These elites are not going to allow somebody into their inner circle who might be inclined to do the right thing and blow their cover.

I believe Alan Dershowitz is too smart to deny categorically something that is even 10% true because the truth always comes out and having lied makes things worse. And Dershowitz’s denials — at least the ones I've read — are not cute “depends-on-the-meaning-of-the-word is” denials; that is, he isn't saying, “I didn't have sex with an underage girl”, leaving open the possibility that he later will claim to have been duped about her age. Rather, Dershowitz has stated flat out that he wasn't there, never met that girl, never slept with her. I think it unlikely Dershowitz was really mixed up in this.
