For those who are not familiar with the applicable dogmatic secular humanist terminology, "trans-gendered" [as distinguished from trans-sexual] means you are born with one set of genitals, but 'feel' that you are the opposite sex. No surgery. Just clothing, behavior and makeup.

And that is enough to demand to be treated as such -- which includes swinging a penis around freely in the girls' locker room in front of your under-age daughter.

Make no mistake: This is what Holder is pushing for being rammed down our throats.

The laws that apply to everybody concerning job discrimination, harassment and physical assault are more than sufficient. That is why we should be more than skeptical that singling out certain groups -- born into or chosen -- for being treated differently under the law.

All of this comports with Leftist Utopian ideology, which denies Nature and universal principles in favor of how they wish things to be -- and the mindset that mere belief makes things so.

It also comports with the Leftist desire to balkanize society into real or imagined groups, so people will be more invested in what the government can do for them -- and against others -- rather than universal freedom and equality under the law.
