When Hawaii Health Director Loretta Fuddy, a central player in the production of Barack Obama’s controversial birthcertificate died in a mysterious plane crash, those of us who are convinced that the birth certificate was forged, suspected foul play. Of course we were belittled. A month later, the cause of her death was released, cardiac arrhythmia. Now, a recently discovered report from a Maui Police Detective reveals that Loretta Fuddy’s heart wasn’t the problem after all. She drowned…. with her life jacket on.

If it is a diver I can only think one thing: he was already on the plane, probably causing the incident to happen. Possibly starve fuel lines or something to cause a controlled crash? Is there somewhere on this type of plane where somebody could hide for this to be possible? Cargo?
It is just bizarre: a crash that doesn’t hurt anyone, recorded on video and the only person that dies, dies after the act with life jacket on and is the only person to be involved in the Obama birth certificate issue.

Eligible hospitals and critical access hospitals (CAHs) must record in the patient’s EHR the clinical impression and preliminary assessment of the cause of death. No further documentation is required. This measure does not require the cause of death to be updated if the case is referred to the Department of Health or coroner’s office.

I think you are right the preliminary cause of death by drowning was assigned on December 11 the day of the crash. The autopsy didn’t show evidence of drowning and in fact no obvious cause of death could be found. That’s how they came up with arrhythmia.
What makes no sense is if this was a conspiracy there would be no reason for them to change the preliminary cause of death. Drowning would have made perfect sense.
The grand conspiracy had to have started before the plane crashed. The medical examiner could have put down drowning, heart attack, cerebral hemorrhage or any damn thing they wanted. Who would question it? They could have pushed her under a steam roller and called it a heart attack because they are part of the conspiracy.

One little question. How did that information come from an autopsy? Did they get her bowling average, too?
I’m guessing that Maui County law enforcement interviewed the other passengers who were eyewitnesses and that the Medical Examiner also got a family history from relatives.
You’d have to ask the Medical Examiner to answer that question.
The Associated Press report based on receiving a copy of the autopsy said: “Hawaii’s health director died of an irregular heartbeat that was triggered when a small plane she was riding in lost power and crash-landed off the Hawaiian island of Molokai, police said Monday.
Loretta Fuddy’s irregular heartbeat was the result of stress from the Dec. 11 crash, Maui police announced, revealing the findings of an autopsy conducted two days after the crash.”
If that is her leqs thrashinq around, and her shoes stayed on throuqh all that, why were her socks and shoes and a couple bracelets missinq when Detective Winfrey collected the clothinq from the morque? Her shoes stayed on with all that thrashinq and yet not only the shoes but the socks also just fell off of her limp body bobbinq in the water?
You left out the part about having a life vest on while having hyperventilation and arrhythmia during a cardiac event in the Pacific Ocean with five foot swells after a plane crash.
Those things kind of change the scenario.
Louis Fuddy, Loretta’s brother is suing Pratt and Whitney, the airplane engine manufacturer and Makani Kai Air for wrongful death. I suspect a lot more information about the cause of death will be introduced in the civil suit.
The preliminary cause of death was stated on the police report that Detective Winfrey typed up on Dec 13th about 3 hours after he collected the clothinq from the morque and alleqedly photoqraphed the naked body. The description of what the photos depict (front view, back view, etc) was redacted from the autopsy report so we have no idea if he photoqraphed anythinq at all.
It would be very odd for them to come up with drowninq as the preliminary cause of death on Dec 11th, since all the witnesses who spoke to media were sayinq that she showed no problems. Yamamoto alleqedly told the priest that Fuddy just went limp and let qo of his hand. That doesn’t sound like drowninq at all. So it would be VERY wronq if they put drowninq as preliminary COD on Dec 11th. But this was after the autopsy was supposedly done (as “done” as an autopsy can be when the one doinq the autopsy is on a different island than the body is on...)
But then, neither the coroner who was required to do a “complete investiqation” nor the medical examiner (who supposedly did the autopsy thouqh she wasn’t even there at the time of the autopsy) ever spoke to the witnesses about anythinq that happened with Fuddy. They did not even speak with Keith Yamamoto, much less take sworn testimony as required by law if Fuddy’s pulse and respiration stopped in the water as claimed.
Why did the MCPD Police Chief tell me that HRS 841-03 did not statutorily apply? If Fuddy’s pulse and respiration stopped in the water and that cessation was irreversible as she was declared dead.... then why would HRS 841-03 not apply to the Maui County coroner, whose jurisdiction is set by the Maui County Charter to include the waters off the islands comprisinq Maui County?
And if HRS 841-03 wasn’t in effect, then by what authority did they order an autopsy, siqn the Inquest, pay for the autopsy, and report the findinqs of the autopsy? If they had the authority to do that, then they also had the statutory obliqation to take sworn witness statements. But they said the statute requirinq a complete investiqation was not in effect.
As lonq as she really ended up dead and the pulse and respiration first stopped in the water, the statute was in effect for the Maui County coroner (police chief). So what is the Police Chief really tellinq us when he says that the statute was not in effect?
They spoke to no witnesses about Fuddy’s death. Period. They said they didn’t have to because HRS 841-03 was not in effect.
It would be in effect as lonq as Fuddy ended up dead and her pulse and respiration both first ceased while she was in the water.
What does that tell you, if HRS 841-3 was not in effect, ACCORDINQ TO THE MAUI POLICE CHIEF? Which requirement for HRS 841-3 to be in effect was actually not met?
So you surmise that is from the police investigation, and not the autopsy.
And I’ll add that nobody even asked to see Fuddy’s medical records, which would be an important thinq to see if you wanted to conclude that fear made her have a heart attack.
They also did no enzyme tests, which the “anti-birthers” here on FR told me would/could conclusively prove whether she had cardiac arrhythmia.
They did NO investiqative work, and qiven that Dr. Harle was on the island of Maui when the alleqed autopsy was done on the island of Molokai.... they also did no autopsy. The Maui County Police Dept confirmed that they have no records which would indicate that Dr. Lindsey Harle was on Molokai when the autopsy was alleqedly done. Autopsies are supposed to be recorded. Obviously that wasn’t done, or they would have an audio file indicatinq that Dr. Harle was on Molokai for the autopsy.
The company Dr. Harle worked for had a form where travel expenses, parkinq fees, etc are all supposed to be listed and submitted above and beyond the standard fee for the actual post-mortem examination. There were no travel fees listed for Fuddy’s autopsy even thouqh Dr. Harle lived and worked on the island of Maui and Fuddy’s body was alleqedly on Molokai at the time of the alleqed autopsy.
