I figure if the M.E. settled on death by drowning it was for very good reasons. I am assuming a level of professional ability. Any information needed to make a cause of death finding had been collected and seen already absent toxicology.
It is also more than interesting that Inside Edition does not just say that Fuddy drowned but drowned with her life jacket on. A bonifide investigation is clearly called for.
Louis Fuddy, Loretta’s brother is suing Pratt and Whitney, the airplane engine manufacturer and Makani Kai Air for wrongful death. I suspect a lot more information about the cause of death will be introduced in the civil suit.
