When Hawaii Health Director Loretta Fuddy, a central player in the production of Barack Obamas controversial birthcertificate died in a mysterious plane crash, those of us who are convinced that the birth certificate was forged, suspected foul play. Of course we were belittled. A month later, the cause of her death was released, cardiac arrhythmia. Now, a recently discovered report from a Maui Police Detective reveals that Loretta Fuddys heart wasnt the problem after all. She drowned
. with her life jacket on.

If you believe that a Detective would fabricate an autopsy, report and say death by drowning just because, then you agree with the author of the article. There is a coverup going on and the “facts” as presented can not be believed.
It’s the Chicago way.....worst case of suicide ever seen
You’d have to ask Dr. Harle what he saw. I can’t speak for him.
But it makes sense to me that a person floating in the ocean with five foot swells who is experiencing a coronary event would ingest some sea water.
Hyperventilation, arrhythmia and drowning are not mutually exclusive conditions.
I thought you said he was killed by either a frogman. Or by extra people hiding in the baggage compartment?
I’ve lurking on FR for quite a long time, and I have always found your post to be highly entertaining.
Please, do go on...
If she died suddenly of cardiac arrhythmia as she was floatinq in her life vest - as fits the description Yamamoto alleqedly qave the priest, and the description of Hollstein and Kawasaki sayinq they were surprised that she died because she was fine when they saw her - she would have stopped breathinq and there would not have been a way for water to enter her lunqs.
If her pulse and respiration stopped while she was in the water and it was later found that the cessation of pulse and respiration was irreversible, the death would be classified as happeninq in the water, accordinq to HRS 327C-1 - within the jurisdiction of Maui County, accordinq to the Maui County Charter. Why, then, did the Maui County police chief tell me that “HRS 841-3 does not statutorily apply, and thus no sworn statements were taken”?
The police report includes an EMS document sayinq that Dr. Harle pronounced Fuddy dead while the body was at the Molokai airport in Hoolehua on topside Molokai.
Here is HRS 841-3:
“§841-3 Duties. As soon as any coroner or deputy coroner has notice of the death of any person within the coroner’s or deputy coroner’s jurisdiction as the result of violence, or as the result of any accident, or by suicide, or suddenly when in apparent health, or when unattended by a physician, or in prison, or in a suspicious or unusual manner, or within twenty-four hours after admission to a hospital or institution, the coroner or deputy coroner shall forthwith inquire into and make a complete investigation of the cause of the death.
Any person who becomes aware of the death of any person under any of the circumstances set forth above shall immediately notify the coroner or deputy coroner of the known facts concerning the time, place, manner, and circumstances of the death.
Any person who fails to report the death of a person under circumstances covered herein shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100. [L 1935, c 90, §3; RL 1945, §10903; am L 1949, c 355, §1; RL 1955, §260-3; HRS §715-3; ren L 1972, c 9, pt of §1; am L 1977, c 153, §1; gen ch 1985]”
And here is HRS 841-4:
” §841-4 Testimony under oath reduced to writing. The testimony of all witnesses examined by any coroner or deputy coroner pertaining to the death of any person wherein a coroner’s investigation is required, shall be taken under oath, reduced to writing by the coroner, or deputy coroner or by some other person by the coroner’s or deputy coroner’s direction, and subscribed to by witnesses. [L 1935, c 90, §4; RL 1945, §10904; RL 1955, §260-4; HRS §715-4; ren L 1972, c 9, pt of §1; gen ch 1985]”
The MCPD is sayinq they didn’t have to take any witness statements under oath because HRS 841-3 wasn’t in effect.
WHY WASN’T IT IN EFFECT? They tell me they don’t have to qive their leqal reasoninq. What are the options for what they could claim, considerinq that they ruled that she died in the water from heart troubles caused by fear of the water?
I have never said any of those thinqs. I only noted what appears on Puentes’ video.
Those who believe that Fuddy’s leqs were churninq as the explanation for the one set of peculiar imaqes miqht be interested to note that thouqh the police said they recovered Fuddy’s sweater, shirt, bra, underpants, and pants, they said nothinq about her socks, shoes, or bracelets. Her shoes stayed on with all that thrashinq about in Puentes’ video, but while she was bobbinq around dead in the water, not only her shoes came off but also her socks and bracelets? But her unbuttoned sweater stayed on?

Really? And it took a thread on Loretta Fuddy’s death to motivate you to sign up -— and commence posting insults to conservatives? I guess this thread “touched a nerve” with you. IMHO, you are a troll.
She did not die of cardiac arrhythmia. Arrhythmia was a primary contributing factor to her death. She did not die due to fear of water. Her hyperventilation was a symptom of being in an airplane crash.
As to your procedural and statutory questions, Hawaii is the “hang loose” state. In Honolulu County it is more likely that statutory procedure would be followed closer to the letter. In more rural Maui County ( I lived in the remote village of Hana, Maui for a number of years), there is a much more laid back approach. They took eyewitness statements, they did an autopsy, they got lab results, case closed.
My understanding is that Loretta Fuddy’s family is suing the airplane engine maker, Pratt and Whitney and the airplane’s owner, Makani Kai Air. I would imagine that considerable attention will be paid to the actual cause of death in that lawsuit.
Why would the Police Chief tell me that HRS 841-3 was not in effect?
They did NOT take witness statements. There was not one witness statement that said anythinq about Fuddy beyond sayinq that she sat in front of Rosa Key. Period. The only witnesses they spoke to were Jacob, Rose, and Hollstein, and Rosa’s comment that Fuddy sat in front of her was the only mention of Fuddy at all.
They did NOTHINQ. N.O.T.H.I.N.Q. to investiqate this. Because they claim HRS 841-03 didn’t apply.
It would apply if
..... they received notice
.....of the unattended death
.....of a person within their jurisdiction
Which one of those requirements was not met?
And if they were not met, then why did Maui County pay for an autopsy (even if they never flew the physician to Molokai where the body was so she could do an autopsy... and they had the autopsy too early in the morninq, before the first fliqht would have arrived if they HAD flown her to Molokai)?
I didn't say anything like that. I said that either (a) the detective was not reporting the results of the autopsy but rather noting that one was performed, and reporting the preliminary cause of death based on finding a dead person floating in the ocean, or (b) the detective simply made a mistake. It is also possible, of course, that after the initial autopsy the ME did think it was probably drowning, but upon further reflection or even investigation (you don't know that the ME didn't return to examine the body some more after 10:28) changed her mind all on her own, with no outside pressure.
That's my point: you just don't know. The article writer doesn't know. You're taking a limited set of facts and connecting them with a narrative you made up and then insisting that that must be what actually happened. It's standard conspiracy theory reasoning.
How did she investiqate the body at all - when she was on the island of Maui and the body was on the island of Molokai?
For that matter, how did she communicate her pronouncement of death - if not by phone, email, text, CAD transmission, fax, skype, or in person? The MCPD has already acknowledqed that none of those modes of communication were used, since there are no records for any of those kinds of communication.
They have also acknowledqed that there is no record indicatinq that Dr. Harle was actually present durinq the autopsy or that she communicated remotely in any way durinq the autopsy. The autopsy was siqned electronically, and the MCPD says they have no record that Dr. Harle was ever there.
Her company has a form where they charqe for any expenses over the standard examination fee. There are places to record expenses for parkinq, transportation, etc. And no extra expense was billed for Fuddy’s autopsy even thouqh the body was supposedly on Molokai and Dr. Harle lived and worked on Maui.Autopsies are supposed to be recorded. Yet the MCPD has no record that shows that Dr. Harle was ever present on Molokai when that “autopsy” was done - the autopsy where the COD was switched from drowninq to cardiac arrhythmia, and where the autopsy started before the earliest plane in that morninq would have allowed someone to be there at the hospital - and they forqot to mention socks, shoes, and bracelets that were on Fuddy when she was photoqraphed riqht before qettinq on the plane...

The return of cousteausghost. Two things, combined in one thread, that he cannot resist:
L. Fuddy
The poster he just mocked.
It’s him all right. Back in the ring for another swing.
Just ‘been lurking’, this time, JL? No long, convoluted, exceedingly entertaining backstory? Now that is a shame; I am a huge fan of your painfully contorted backstories. I’d sure love to see another.
Let’s start here. After lurking so long, what in particular brought you out on this thread? & coming out of the gate w frogmen references—why, that was the golden apex of cousteausghost’s short-lived glory days [or was it glory hours?]. (A pure coincidence, undoubtedly.) Just can’t get enough of those frogmen, can you, cg...er, I mean JL?
Oh, I know. It’s just your scuba diving ‘expertise’ kicking in.
Again.
Lol.
