Conservatives Republicans and liberal Democrats have dug in their heels on immigration and Glenn Beck has picked his side. But he doesn’t think it’s the winning one.
“I have to tell you, I’m gravely concerned because I don’t think we’re going to win this immigration battle,” Beck said on his radio show Monday. “I really don’t. I think it’s going to go the way it always does. Because they’re (liberals) going to win the PR battle. And the president is going to change the subject and he’s going to make it about impeachment.”
Some high-profile Republicans, like former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, have called for the impeachment of President Barack Obama. On Fox News Sunday, House Majority Whip Steve Scalise would not deny that it is an option.
Beck said no “serious” Republicans have called for impeachment.

Am not a big fan of Beck. Have listened occasionally but do not make a habit of listening. There is no real reason can place my finger on as to why am not a fan unless what I type is an indication. That said, am going to somewhat agree with Beck. To tell the truth I can think of only one battle PR or otherwise Americans have won since WWII. Don’t know why Americans, or specifically Conservatives have not been winning battles but can only think of one battle won by Conservatives since WWII and that was two terms of Ronald Reagan. Perhaps Beck has surrendered? There is no reason can think of as to why we should lose this battle regarding illegal immigration though the numbers are certainly beginning to be overwhelming. Have not surrendered myself but in viewing the field see most republicans have surrendered except for the few. Sarah is but one of the few and the majority of Americans do want the border closed and illegals removed. There is one thing preventing removal from becoming reality because removal can be done. The obstacle is our politicians and media. In the battle of PR Conservatives have won but the majority of the politicians and media continue to lie and say we have not won. America is in a Mexican Standoff (imho) and it is not that the message has not been sent and received with overwhelming support; It is simply the majority of politicians and media are denying Conservatives a victory, as is always the case.
I bet he will lose more subscriptions to his website than he will gain from signing up Guatemalans.

Beck is overly religious. That clouds his thinking and gets him away from practicality. I understand the compassion he feels for the illegal kids being dumped on our borders, but we are not Camelot or Utopia. NZ has great immigration policy. You are welcome if you have at least $1.5 million or have a skill needed in New Zealand. Singapore is even better. They give you 2 year work visa if you have a job offer. After that you must leave and re-apply. And there is no food stamps or unemployment compensation in Singapore. No wonder their unemployment rate is minus 40%. IOW 40% more jobs than there are citizens. Did you know every 6th Singapore citizen has million+ net worth?
Taking into consideration here that Glen makes jillion$ selling Armegeddon and like minded scenarios of hopelessness, I just can’t follow him.
Enough with Glenn Beck. The guy is a political schizophrenic. He’s all over the place. He sounds more and more like the establishment types we’ve been trying to beat back all these years. Most of the country, and that includes a good number of Democrats and Independents, are sick of illegal immigration and want no part of amnesty. That guy’s act is lame and tired.

There are not that many kids. It’s mostly young adults and gang members. Undesirables being run out of there own country thinking Obama will take care of them. Beck is on the wrong side.
I guess he doesn’t feel that it right to fight for what you believe or for the laws of your country, so just what is important enough for this clown to fight for? I guess just his bank account, hey just like all the other liberals.

They told Michele Bachmann she wasn’t serious unless she hired someone like Ed Rollins. First thing Rollins did when she hired him was to trash Sarah Palin as a message that said Michele was a “serious” candidate. Rollins saw to that Michele’s candidacy proceeded to drop off into oblivion after that. Seriously under the control of the RINOs, Michele Bachmann conservative disappeared.
Just like “Forward” means liberal, nothing says country club elite like “serious.”
