You had that first part right. He won't be giving up. IF there's an election in 2016, it will be a sham election. There's no way 0bama's going to voluntarily relinquish the presidency on Jan 20th, 2017. No one will get a chance to put their hand on that bible.

The amusing thing about the article is that the author is whining that "he is not letting everyone benefit from these technologies" when of course, anyone who wanted to use them can, he is just not mandating that everyone use them.
Freedom is something the author apparently does not get.
