On his Friday radio show, Glenn Beck suggested those who do not want to pass out soccer balls and teddy bears to illegal immigrant children at detention centers with him are "pusses."
He also said Americans should not "focus" on the gangsters, killers, and rapists who are coming across the border with the illegal immigrant children two days after Breitbart Texas reported that an illegal immigrant whom the federal government released in June with a "notice to appear" was arrested for murder.
While discussing his plans to go to McAllen, Texas on Saturday with Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX), Beck half-jokingly said his co-host Stu was not man enough for skipping out on the trip. Stu said since he has a child under two years of age, doctors recommended that he not travel to the border because of the risk of contagious diseases.
Beck also suggested those who did not go to the border with him like Cruz were also "pusses."
"You know who is not a giant puss?" Beck asked, before answering, "Ted Cruz." He said Cruz called him on Thursday afternoon and said, "I'm coming."(continued)

A legend in his own mind.
Ted Cruz had better reconsider being seen with Beck the Loon.
Who will be feeding them next week, next month, next year?
Given that Glenn habitually weeps like a woman, and that he once described himself as the most female male on the planet (too bad for his wife), I ask: who is really the puss?
Well, I briefly turned on his program the other day-—either Thursday or Friday, can’t remember which-—and I heard him say, quote, “We have to remember that these individuals crossing the border are people, above all else.” That’s IN context.
Then he went right into a story about sexual abuse of a nine year old girl by an illegal.
He’s nuts.
just to be curious, I’d love to see a breakdown of where his “2 Million Dollars” for the kids came from ...I’d guess 25% from a Huntsman 74% from other members of his faith, and 1% from a bunch of random dummies...
true charity and being a good and decent person does not involve 2 weeks of begging for money while at the same time grandstanding about your own moral superiority
if you want to go down and feed hungry people, or whatever nonsense he claims to be doing for the children, you don’t take a freaking camera crew.....just a ridiculous silly man
A former drug user/addict and ‘patriot’ who couldn’t have been bothered serving in our military in any capacity whatsoever. I see so many like him in my local GOP...just discouraging.
Well...
When he wrote his book “The Real America”, he was still pretty much on the level.
Somewhere along the way, something happened to him. Threatened, I dunno...
Shame. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, so I don’t want to say he’s completely “not one of us” as it were...
My take is not so much that Beck was looking for liberal atta-boys as that he thought he was getting ahead of liberals claiming conservatives were heartless AND that he expected his listeners to blindly follow him. That would be how liberal radio listeners would behave but conservatives are thinkers, not followers, and Beck hasn’t quite grasped that concept. Partly because his ego has grown alongside his “media empire”. He really thinks the success of the blaze is all about himself.
The conservative stance is that life in their countries must improve to the point where they will not feel the need to have to come to the US.
Thank you, I’m not alone. I always felt he was hired to prepare Americans for what was coming, so there was not a violent uprising. Like a frog in cold water and it slowly heats up, and walla, no reaction. The whining and complaining soothes the anger.
Beck’s original show was for that purpose, because propaganda can be truth.... that is slowly distorted and the people vent, then they finally accept what is going on. Those stages of grief when there is loss. I noticed that happening here on FR as Beck’s show went on...everyone vents what they feel but that’s it, it becomes old news and they go about their business until it’s accepted...mission accomplished.
That’s my opinion.
Yeah, true that...
But I’m not ready to throw him under the bus just yet. Been listening to him since just before 9-11-2001.
He may be wrong on this - and I think he is - but I think he’s still one of us overall.
“...Baptist, Catholic, Mormon. All of them are in on the scam....”
True enough... they may be just looking at it from the “help the poor” perspective, I don’t know.
There ARE kids coming in after all - amidst the MS13 dirtbags, and other criminal elements. That might be all they see - the kids.
Not doing the “bleeding heart” thing here either - I just try to see it from the other guy’s perspective before jumping on him with both feet.
Now that you have seen his perspective, what are you going to do?
“...Now that you have seen his perspective, what are you going to do?...”
Well, for one thing, not argue with you over it, for sure.
Yeah, I didn’t think you really are opposed to this invasion. Only afraid to admit it publically.
Think what you want, sport.
If it was up to me, I’d deport all of their asses back to wherever they came from - every single one of them that danced across my border, and the families that aided and abetted them as well.
But it’s not up to me. Nor you. So, you can sit out here and make snide remarks to other people, or you can figure out a way to do something about it.
I have absolutely ZERO say in what the Catholic, Mormon, or Baptist church does.
Same as you.
awwww Accusing me of being left wing, because I state what Beck is not what you dream him to be.
Beck is deranged, mentally unstable - really not my issue if you can not see that.
