Josh Lang's Photos of the Fuddy Crash Are Not the Same Plane
Butterdezillion's Blog ^ | 2-23-14 | Butterdezillion

Posted on 02/23/2014 3:09:07 PM PST by butterdezillion

The photos of the Loretta Fuddy Cessna crash that Josh Lang provided to the media? They weren't of the same plane. The plane that crashed with Fuddy in it had a window between the door and the tail; Lang's photos don't. (I've got photos at my blog and in the first post I'll post them so you can compare the 2 planes)

Lang apparently had photos of a DIFFERENT plane ditching in the water and gave them to the media, claiming they were of this crash, and apparently the media didn't check out the genuineness of the photos...

Now why would Lang do that? Why would he post images of the area with no passengers or anything else in the water ANYWHERE, rather than taking photos of what was actually there and giving those to the media?

Some of the photos that Puentes posted on the web are not in the video portions shown by ABC, even though they are obviously from the same time period in question as the video clips from ABC. For instance, none of the images of Kawasaki in the video show blood, but Puentes posted a still shot where there’s blood. These videos have been HEAVILY edited, and ABC has also butchered the sequences, obscuring the timeline and positions of the things photographed.

And there's the problem in a nutshell. That's probably why there was nothing from Puentes (was it for a week?) after the event. The authorities have gone over that video with a fine tooth comb. You'll never see the original, which would have been much longer.

I don’t think his video was upped for a month.

Nurtanio aviocar C212/g built by an Indonesian company. (now some built in spain) interesting choice for Ryan Air.

Another Butter theory bites the dust - but you know she’ll be back with another one any minute now ..... It’s the sign of a poor researcher that makes a claim when the answer is on the thread above them.

Thank you - there is always a perfectly sensible explanation that doesn’t require secret assasin divers and faked funerals!

It is fascinating just how slow and apparently inept the FAA is at current information. Govt. dollars at work.

I look at outcomes, not at words. Both of the states’ Chief Elections Officials (both Republicans and one a Romney campaign advisor) who asked for Letters of Verification said that their questions had been answered by those Certified Letters of Verification In Lieu of Certified Copy.
The Arizona Secretary of State specifically requested that the Hawaii Registrar verify 12 different data points on the original Obama Certificate of Live Birth and the Registrar verified each of those requested data points.
http://www.azcentral.com/12news/Obama-Verification.pdf

I see nothing “parsed” about the actual statement of certification:
“I certify that the vital record on file with the Department of Health was used to verify the facts of the vital event.” What could be clearer than that? That is pretty much standard, boilerplate language.

The federal judge in Mississippi received the Certified Letter of Verification into evidence on June 12, 2012, well before the 2012 election, but he has not yet ruled on whether it is probative evidence. The judge in question has a well-earned reputation for being extremely slow to rule on cases.

Typically the news media will want some measure of exclusivity on the usage of the video recording copyright for at least a limited amount of time while the news is fresh, so the copyright holder, Ferdinand Puentes, may have been restricted from using his own video for a short time to comply with one or more licensing contracts. No wild conspiracy theories needed to understand that possibility.

Bennett has zero credibility.
"By requesting the verification I can now report to thousands of constituents that we did what can be done and he is qualified to be on the ballot," Bennett said.

Bennett said he had not actually opened the email as of 7 p.m. Tuesday, but was confident it contained the information he asked for.

Requesting = qualified to be on the ballot?

Bennett made his pronouncement before reading the mail. He didn't care. All he wanted was a fig leaf.

Nurtanio aviocar C212/g built by an Indonesian company. (now some built in spain) interesting choice for Ryan Air.

Interesting. It seems Arctic Transportation Services and Ryan Air Services (but not Ryanair of Ireland!) are the same company. According to the Wikipedia:

Ryan Air was established in 1953 as Unalakleet Air Taxi by Wilfred Ryan Sr. as a charter airline. In 1960s, the company began handling USPS mail delivery and transportation of schoolteachers for the Bureau of Indian Affairs between communities along the lower Yukon River. In 1977, Wilfred P. Ryan Jr. took over the company after his father died of cancer.

In the 1980s, the company expanded service beyond the Norton Sound and changed their name to Ryan Air. With a new fleet of Beech 1900s and Beech 99s, Ryan Air grew to the largest commuter carrier in Alaska by 1987, serving 85 cities and villages with a fleet of 28 planes. However, a series of 12 accidents, culminating in a fatal crash in November 1987 that killed 18 of the 21 people on board, led the FAA to shut down the airline in January 1988.

In the 1990s, Ryan Air converted to a cargo-only airline and changed their name to Arctic Transportation Services (ATS), adding CASA 212 cargo planes to their fleet. They changed their name back to Ryan Air in 2010.

In mid-May, 2013, Ryan Air announced that they would resume regularly scheduled passenger services out of Aniak, AK using their Cessna 207 aircraft beginning May 16, 2013.

You can view their current fleet here. The CASA 212-200 is the biggest they fly.

...No wild conspiracy theories needed to understand that possibility.

And I never suggested there was any 'wild conspiracy theories' I was simply stating what would be a common-sense a fact. The video would have been closely looked at by the authorities before it was returned to Puentes and then released by him. Please don't try to use my comment for anything other than what I wrote.

I don’t think his video was upped for a month.

I was aware of a time lag, but forgot how long it was. It wasn't a surprise to me, I imagine the moment the investigators of the event became aware there was video, they would have taken possession of it and no doubt found it useful. The entire thing might have been much longer than what we see, and probably quite boring; the ABC would have edited the film and heaven known what you didn't see.

They look pretty packed in there. Must be jumping.
Interesting that of the “current” FAA information, laughing at “current”, Ryan Air tail numbers for the Construcciones Aeronauticas (Spanish company for plane), the listed C212s (4), the tail numbers don’t match the N687MA. Every time I have used flightaware to check a tail number, it has been correct. This one, it’s not, the FAA isn’t correct either. New registrations go back 1 month (back to 26th of jan online) andt he first flight of this ryan air with the destructed plane tail number was the 15th of jan and the fuddy plane was down on the 10th and salvaged approx on the 17th. Pretty quick turnaround of a tail number. The owner had to have “de-registered” a plane whose registration was good until 2015 IIRC, and then a new registration on the tail number by Ryan Air before the jan 15th flight. Curious, and just as a matter of superstition (myself), I’m not sure I’d want a tail number of a crashed plane.
According to the FAA they are backlogged a month, but what’s posted on their site is the most “current” information.

Bennett’s not alone, there’s also Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach’s letter and U.S. District Court Judge Wingate’s letter plus the Democratic Party of Alabama submitted a copy of the Mississippi District Court’s Letter as an exhibit with their Amicus Brief for the Alabama Supreme Court in Mc Innish v. Chapman. They also have not ruled.

“Kobach: I have no doubts now”
http://www.kansas.com/2012/09/17/2492998/kansas-expects-to-end-challenge.html

It should be noted that none of the other 48 states’ Chief Elections Officials even bothered to inquire about verifying Obama’s birthplace and Vital Records.

The Democratic Party of Alabama submission has not been accepted as evidence. So why mention it? Putsch purposes.

Other states’ officials inactions are immaterial. So why mention it? Putsch purposes.

Kobach’s credibility also suffers. There were allegations of intimidation, later withdrawn, the withdrawal of which Kobach seized upon to end proceedings.

It’s all about perception management, creating a legend without proof.

Looking over that list, it seems likely the airplane in #284 is still flying, but as N440RA instead of N687MA.

The N440RA registration dates from July 2006, which correlates well with the FlightAware dates.

Note also that MA = Murray Aviation and RA = Ryan Air. The new owner must have requested a new number with their initials. Initials are important, e.g., N1EB (Gulfstream G550 operating out of Palm Beach to Cape Girardeau and anywhere there's good golfing).
