Parenthetical clauses are used throughout scripture to explain how, why, when and where in close proximity to the main subject and verb.

Parentheses in the book of The Revelation explain cause and effect. They tie together the events that happen previously, to the events that transpire subsequently on the prophetic timeline. Unfortunately, parentheses, as a literary devise, come centuries after the actual parenthetical clauses so prevalent in both Hebrew and Greek linguistic constructions. One of the real troubles I find in very much of the so-called "prophetic", is that too much is false, and that which is not out-right fraudulent, leads people to search for hidden clues and signs & wonders with more than a few thinking they have some gift to figure it all out --- whoa. stop. slow down I feel to say.

Thanks for posting that. I had read that and neglected to save the site. When investigating the Karaite beliefs it clearly states they don’t believe in the New Testament or that Jesus is God.
