On Wednesday night Megyn Kelly declared on her Fox News show that both Santa Claus and Jesus were white. Discussing a piece in Slate by Aisha Harris about a black versus white Santa, Kelly that "just because it makes you feel uncomfortable it doesn't mean it has to change."

I like to imagine that Jesus looked like the young Benjamin Netanyahu.
I think it depends on the situation. If Jesus and Santa committed the crime, then they are white. If they were victims, then they are People of Color...

She’s nice to look at, sometime nice to listen to, but “Oh, darling!”
Judea = Israel/Middle Eastern = darker

Santa being “white” is an ok thought since that whole cargo cult came from Northern Europe. Now the Jesus thing I would stay away, way away. (besides you silly people we all know god looks a lot like Morgan Freeman)
The guy also said Santa could be a transgender person as well.

There’s no actual description of Jesus, but I think he would have looked like your average Middle Eastern fellow in his late 20s to early 30s that you’d see nowadays.
One thing I am fairly sure of is that he didn’t look like he just stepped off an airplane from Stuttgart. :)
How do we know that Santa is white Megyn?

In the picture of him as a young soldier, he has dark, curly hair and what seems like darker skin than Megyn Kelly or me.

Ummm. not really. Jesus was likely a pretty tan Hebrew, and Santa was Greek/Turkish, so also kind of tan.

But having said that. King David was described as being fair to look at and ruddy in complexion. Which set him apart.
