Use connectors, they're the cheapest.Shark-Bites... ;-)
Not as cheap as the sweat-em-in stuff but quick, connects to any type of piping, reusable, easily disassembled, and so simple even an obama could do it while choomed...

"Yeah, even with your description I realize I will pay the green when I need that kind of help. :-) I bow to your expertise." The real eye-opener is the realization that the process is much the same for almost any kind of distribution system using almost any kind of "tubes". Electricity, cable, telephone lines, hot and cold water, heated water for baseboard systems. Basically, you're making a route for something to get from "here" to "there", without leaking out on the way.
With that concept, and a bit of observation, one can easily add a whole spectrum of abilities to his repertoire.

Morning. DP says the confuser might be back today. Then it will have to be refilibustered, but he can do that on Saturday, maybe, while I take Tom to visit Appalachian State University.

Well...Another near miss with Mr. Bill yesterday. The relay switch is really getting to me. I got about 1/2 mile from my destination, stopped at a red light, and the engine died.
I hit the flasher button, popped the hood, jumped out, lifted the hood and fiddled with the wires, got back in, started it up, then got back out and shut the hood, had to start the truck again, and the light turned green...I did all that with one complete cycle of the traffic light! It felt like I was a kid again, doing a Chinese Fire Drill at the light!
So today, I will call the mechanic and get it over to him for an estimate. I hope it isn’t too expensive. It just needs more expertise than I have, and fewer arthritic fingers.
And I’m still on the hunt for a Hayne’s manual. I don’t want to pay the $20 Amazon wants for one. I’m searching for one through Bookman’s in AZ. Hopefully, they will have one, and it will be cheaper, even with S&H.

If the robot’s product is good enough, I’ll do the cleanup.

The van is back. Now we can drive 15 people.
I took Pat and his language flashcards, but we only had to wait 20 minutes.

or for me, Dr. Pepper.
