This is a sickness -- a societal death wish and orgy of self-hatred. The furious rush to sanitize the motive is the sanction of the victim. Boston Globe Frets Over Citys Muslims After Marathon Bombing by Warner Todd Huston at Wizbang, April 19, 2013
Before the dust has settled, before any idea of who perpetrated the Boston Marathon bombing and why is determined, the Boston Globe is fretting for the citys Muslims claiming that there will surely be a backlash if the bombers are found to be Islamic extremists. This despite that even after 9/11 there was never any real backlash against Muslims in this country.
For the Boston Globe, columnist Yvonne Abraham opens her piece sonorously noting that Bostons Imams have been praying for Mondays bombings and fretfully claims they are also praying that the perpetrator isnt a Muslim.

Beefore that, the entire MSM avoided it like the plague
I am IMMEDIATELY put off by anybody who wears a scarf like that guy is doing. It tells me before he says a word that his sympathies are with muslims and Americans are dreck. When Americans wear the scarves, they demean themselves and their heritage.
Isn’t that the truth? He is so proud of the muslim scarf and smirk that he chose that to be his photo for all of his social media posts all over the net. The anti-Americanism is just dripping off him.
