I believe that Obama will conduct a military operation on American soil, complete with ground assault troops and air support on multiple "militia" compounds throughout the country.
He will have reams of emails and phone taps documenting an imminent attack that was thwarted in the nick of time.
He will reluctantly postpone the national elections until order is restored.
In the meantime, the Internet will go dark, in the interests of national security.
As long as it is Constitutional I’m pretty sure it is ok. If it isn’t, let me know and I will wordsmith it until everyone is happy.

What happened to the martial law that Krintong was supposed to declare as you had predicted? (It wasn’t you? Oh, it must have been others on this very forum.) And what happened to the martial law that Bushitler was supposed to declare as your paranoid DU comrades had predicted?

For some reason, police officers around the country are calling radio talk shows ( Search engine has links to various sites) and saying they're being prepared for something in Sept. or Oct. They don't know what they're being trained for. One said they're told to secure upper class neighborhoods. In that case, it means the freeloaders aren't going to be happy about something, and the government knows "it's" coming - what ever "it" is.
On the other hand, they're being told they're going to be battling the militia. Does that mean the true militia as in patriots (which doesn't make sense because they support the right to pursue happiness and would have no reason to attack a well off neighborhood), or an armed leftist group who's decided they're going to "take over" and punish the productive members of society themselves for not giving away their paychecks to the scrounges?
Considering the outrage right now over Obomas policies, it could be anything. He's never lost (technically, anyway), but may just lose big time in 2012 (along with his democrat minions in Washington). He's so arrogant and lawless, he won't go down without trying to destroy the entire country first.
Then, to add to the rumor mill, a so called "whistle blower" (search "Drake") says the military is going to engage in mass arrests of politicians and bankers for tyranny against the American people. It sounds like tin foil, but people who did remote viewing for the military and the web bots are taking him seriously.
Who knows what Oboma will do to us. Remember, he gives a tip of his hat to Satan who broke all the rules but still inherited his own kingdom. "The end justifies the means."
The federal government does not control national elections. That is done in each state. If that were attempted all hell would break lose.
Way too old school. It’s not how it’s done these days. The Left prefers soft tyranny over strong arm tactics. Besides, Obama doesn’t have sufficient support and loyalty of the military to compel them to fire on their own citizens.
However,should the US become a genuine tyrannical regime, it will evolve in subtle increments, appearing benevolent all the while, welcomed with smiles and open arms. Then one day we’ll wake up, look around and say, “Wha hoppin?”

By who? Will Holder send the FBI or do you think DCPD will do it on their own initiative?
There’s always the chance that Biden will perform a Citizens Arrest.
He will do nothing of the sort. He will have no choice but to abide by the election. He does not have the local, state and/or federal support he would need to pull off such a stunt. Not even the dems in congress would support him. I rather doubt that general martial law (at this point in history) is even feasible anymore in the USA.

He thinks he’s riding a high horse at the moment; he has his mojo back. His echo chamber and the media are trying hard to build a pearl around the irritant of the Tea Party and other Conservative groups. They don’t realize the danger quite yet.
But,some of his inner circle will issue warnings as the election grows closer. They will spin any global event to push him to his own vision of greatness, and he will give speeches about his greatness.
He won’t create a catastrophe because he is absorbed in his delusion....
On November 6th, the scales will fall from many eyes.

Black mayhem in the streets comes to mind. After all he his most black militants revved up and feeling they are immune to any prosecution.
The democrats DID try, but didn't call for ML. They were demanding Clinton stay in office another year until the Bush/Gore "crises" was resolved. They believed a year would be sufficient enough to get things "straightened out" afterwords
It's not like they didn't try to keep him in office after the election was over.

None. Any President declaring martial law has to be certain he has the COMPLETE backing of the military.
If Obama has advisors telling him he would, then he is getting shitty advice. Without some real visible natural disater or attack on America from outside need any move by Obama to declare martial law would end he time in office immediately............
When he realizes that he won’t have a chance of being reelected. He’ll suspend the election and declare martial law to prevent rioting.
