Of all the sites I frequent, this site is down more often than any.

I agree, it's also very slow at times. I also frequent Newsbusters, very few if any problems. They may not have the volume, but still a very solid website.

Funny I can get to the main page, and even comment, but I can’t get to the ‘pings’ page. Anyone else find a pattern? Maybe that would help sort out what is going on.

So, you’re saying if people don’t operate a website, they can’t complain about this particular sites issues? Using your logic, people also shouldn’t complain about problematic cars, electronics, or services, unless they produce these products or services? Just asking.

Permanently unavailable now. LOLAnd now he can go to his favorite anti-FR website, beat his chest and get a pat on the back from his fellow kooks and FR haters.

Is that the problem?
Well I have doggies. While she hasn’t tried to lay on the keyboard, if she knew that it would get her more attention, she would be up there in a NY minutes.

” Just asking.”
No; people just bitch and complain too much in our present age.
FR is not an entitlement or a consumer product.

LOL. My cats do the same thing! One of them even tried to use the keyboard to sharpen his nonexistent claws and dislodged the H, J, M, and N keys on my laptop, all of which I need for my FR username and PW. BTW, when I get one of those error messages, I just keep refreshing the site and I have confidence that the Mods will fix it ASAP. I appreciate these threads, though, because they reassure me that it's not my laptop or my screwy roadrunner internet that's the problem. :)

Mine prefer to use me as a heated catbed. Sixteen pounds of purring tomcat on your chest is a bit of an attention-getter.

I have different cat (a male Maine Coon) about that same size. He also likes to lie on my chest!
