Just heard.
The rally in Gettysburg is no longer a rally. It is now a news conference where he will announce his withdrawal.
two minute warning a few seconds ago
what?????? why? to toss it to Romney?
ABC News confirms.
Yep its all over twitter, Santorum is dropping out of the presidential race..sucks, dont know why he is choosing now to do so
Bush’s fault.
KFI in Los Angeles just reported the same thing.
I worry that this may be related to the health of his daughter. Prayers that all is ok.
I am guessing his daughter is pretty sick.
News conference at anytime on FOXNews.
Maybe something to do with Bella’s health.
Ugly!! Just UGLY! The worst Republican Primary I can remember in my 70 year life time!
All the conservatives just bowing down to ROMNEY now.
But I saw on Fox earlier today how she was released from the hospital..I thought that would be good news
COnservative vote no longer divided...Hmmm?
I’d love it if he tossed to Newt! Not because I love Newt, but to make it harder for Romney to waltz into the convention with it locked up.
The whole situation just has me sick to my stomach.
Oh Nose, there’ll be a dozen threads announcing this “news” (there are three already!)
I was searching to see if anyone had posted it and I started to but then thought I had better refresh my browser and there you were.
Thanks for posting.
I heard it on a “commercial” while Listening to Rush and had to turn the radio up REALLLLLLLLLLLLY loud to see if I misunderstood but I didnt.
Because Santorum was heading to a loss in his home state of Pennsylvania. Losing his home state (again) would destroy any chances he could have in future races.
By pulling out now, he preserves his chances in future races. Rick is still young.
