“The babies on this site stamping their feet are being jerks.”
No.
The gutless chickens on this site who keep yapping on about how they will vote Romney even though they don’t like him are tools and don’t even realize it.
This site IS monitored by a lot of heavy weight people, including Republican Party movers and shakers. You can bet your lunch on it.
The people right here on FR who keep posting that they will vote for Romney out of fear of Obama (because that is what it really is - fear) are just encouraging the Republican Party conservative hating elites to keep pushing their worthless candidates and worthless leftward leaning agenda on us.
Ever hear of Psyops? (I assure you , though, with me it isn’t psyops... I mean it, I will NOT vote for Romney under any circumstance)
Shame on anyone on this site who’s hatred for Romney is so great that they would risk having Obama for a second term.
Many of our first choices are no longer in this race, but our country is at a critical turning point and not voting for Romney (if he is the nominee) is one less vote that Obama needs to get to win reelection. In my opinion, it is not worth it.
I would prefer to see Romney-Rubio. Ryan is great where he is at.
Pay no attention to the train wreck that engineer Willard orchestrated in Massachusetts. Anybody that gets aboard his shiny new train is an idiot.
You tell your Romney love to the following — to the dead, aborted babies and the children in Massachusetts schools forced to deal with fisting and gay sex in class every day. To the people who lost the right to purchase weapons and those who pay the exorbitant fees, also known as a tax, for the “right” to pay Mitt’s mandated health insurance. To the religious individuals and organizations who no longer are able to help those in need because Mitt’s Massachusetts wants them to violate their tenets and pander to the same sex agenda. To all those who against their consciences had to provide forms with one from column A and one from column B to anyone who wanted to marry or else be fired by Mitt.
Just like libs, people come here to tell us we can’t vote our conscience and just say no to all of the forms of Obama, republican and democrat, in this race. Well I’m free to vote for whomever I please and that includes “None of the Above.” You and your GOP-E, Mitt loving, lib friends don’t get to tell me how to vote.
Rest assured that there is no one Mitt Romney could run with that would get me to vote for him.
Anyone currently supporting Romney is working for Obama’s win.
If the GOPe thinks they can push a nominee who is a Democrat in all but party affiliation, aka Romney, and force us conservatives to suck it up in November (again—remember McPain?), they have a surprise coming.
I’d rather have Congress and the presidency split and at each other’s throats than have the moderate Republicans and Democrats cooperate with a moderate president against us. Based on Romney’s crummy performance as governor, that’s exactly what we can expect if he winds up as president. Therefore, this voter will not vote in the presidential election if Romney is the nominee.
I’ll vote down ticket, but Romney will never get my vote for the reprehensible way he governed AND ran his campaign of personal destruction against the other nominees. I have never missed a presidential election before, but I will not vote for Romney.
As you wrote, the GOPe is counting on us to sacrifice our values yet again for their crummy candidate, and there’s no reason for them to change so long as they think they can get away with it.
I guess you haven’t heard. Mitt does not pick conservative judges. He doesn’t even pick moderate judges. Whether Obama or Romney gets in there, you’ll be lucky to see anyone as conservative as the moderate Justice Kennedy. Souters and Ginsburgs are more likely to be the type of picks from Mitt. If he somehow wins the general election, it really won’t make any difference who we put into the senate, we are going to get a liberal Supreme Court. Soros can breathe easy.
A candidate needs to be electable, but they don't necessarily need to be “most” electable. That's purely subjective anyway. Elections often turn in significant ways in the last days, and we're supposed to believe it when the GOPe tells us Romney is “most” electable? The man can't even win better than 50% of Republican votes.
Christie: “This party loyalty is done and over with.”
I have been a loyal Republican voter for over 3 decades. If the GOPe manages to foist Romney on us, I want a divorce.
I’ll even be fair to Romney by posting that Massachusetts may have very well enacted the things you wrote about without him. It is a very liberal state. However, Governor Romney didn’t lift a finger to stop any of it. In fact, he actually aided and abetted a good portion of it.
He had his chance. He could have stood up to the left, but he didn’t. Even worse, he still defends his crappy record. At least he’s honest about that. He’s not even bothering with the pretense of running to the right to win the nomination.
Romney is the new Juan Mclaim...
Pity is most republicans cannot remember 2008..
ABO???
Nonsense
As long as there's no romney. Yeah, I could see it happening.
It doesn't matter how much we want hussein out of office, it will be a cake walk for him over romney.
Just wait until the rats start explaining his Mormon religion in 30 second sound bytes. Try defending the old Mormon doctrine of blacks and Indians (Lamanites) being "cursed". That's not a fight I'm going to bother with as much of my family is part Indian. Who cares if it's not taught the same today? It was as recent as the 70's. Expect the democrats to make it sound like an active belief today.
Forget the fact that he was an openly liberal socialist governor of MA who would have been beated in a re-election bid.
If romney wins, you can count on another obama term.
It's insane when you really look at romney to actually consider him as a serious candidate.
I would never suggest you vote for Romney in the primary. My suggestion was if it were between him and Obama in the general election, I would vote for Romney. Romneycare is appalling.
However, if Obama gets another term, we will live under tyranny. I feel like we already do, but I am sure it will get worse. Obama hates the very principles our country was founded on. He stomps on all our religious values. He has left our country vulnerable to attack by weakening our defense. He has weakened our country economically. Is this what we want to pass along to our kids and grandkids?
Romney served in a state that had 85 percent democrats in the legislature, so who knows how many were the princples he believed in or if was overruled by the legislature?
My hope is that Romney could be persuaded by the likes of Paul Ryan, Rubio and the conservative faction of the party to bring him more to the right. That will never happen with Obama. I am concerned if Romney were president what kind of judges he would appoint etc., but I know the kind of judges Obama would appoint and I know I would not like it.
I am concerned if Romney is the nominee because unfortunately there are some people who refuse to vote for a Mormon. I find it sad. I am sure that is not pleasing in God’s eyes.
As far as religion goes, a Mormon versus a person who sat in the church with Jeramiah White? There is no comparison. Put the focus on Obama and his religion or lack thereof.
Romney was not my first choice. I haven’t even voted yet. We vote in a couple of weeks. However, if he is the nominee from our party, I will vote for him because we know what Obama is and our country can barely withstand the rest of this first term much less a second term.

SLC will have no choice but to yield to the GOP-E.
Also, Martinez allows Romney to run a “Western Strategy” in which Romney focuses on Nevada, Colorado, and New Mexico, and can even go for Washington. Florida would be in the bag, and with the western states, Romney can afford to lose Ohio and a few other Midwestern states.
