Barack Hussein Obama, using eight different names, has failed to meet eligibility requirements for the office of U.S. President according to a 19 point challenge alleging he was born in Kenya to a Kenyan citizen and a teen age mother not old enough to convey U.S. citizenship.
Democrat Attorney Philip J. Berg who filed his challenge to the nomination petition with the Pennsylvania Commonwealth on February 23, doubts in Argument 13 that “Obama ever held Natural Born Citizenship status!”
Centering on the NBC clause, Article II, Sect. 1, Clause 5, the eligibility challenge states that Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barack Hussein Soetoro is “not a Natural Born Citizen as defined by the U.S, Constitution. Furthermore, Obama was “born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, (and) at the time of his birth his mother was only 18 years old and not old enough to confer U.S. NBC status to him.”
The native born PA attorney is bringing transparency to the Obama eligibility problem for which media pundits and liberal politicians have ridiculed birthers for even bringing up the situation.
Berg’s argumentation point 3 says (BHO) was “born at Coast Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya located in Coast Province,’ to a father who was a Kenyan citizen, and to a mother “not old enough and did not reside in the U.S. long enough to register the Candidate’s birth in Hawaii as a NBC.
Berg cites five different case law applications here and further says the law applied to overseas births must be in effect at the time of the birth in question.
He cites Marquez-Marques aka Moreno v. Gonzales. 455F.3rd 548 (5th Circuit 2006) and Runnett v. Shultz 901 F.2d 782,783 (9th Cir. 1990) to further support his challenge.

Unfortunately, that is true about two people in this case: Berg and Obama.
NB how Berg interjects red herrings along the trail. e.g., “born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, (and) at the time of his birth his mother was only 18 years old and not old enough to confer U.S. NBC status to him.” That is, instead of sticking to the "Constitutional Case," he opens yet another legal can of worms. How can the mother alone confer NBC? O, do lets take a year or two to decide that, before we tackle Article II.
Berg, IMNSVHO, is a sower of confusion. Originally paid by the Clintons, after 2007-8 he has gone on with his various charades ... probably at the best of someone on Team Obama.
...no hard copy birth certificate;
...no college grades or thesis;
...no passport records;
...several ss #s, most recent taken out in a state he’d never been to in 1977;
...lived in a foreign student dorm as an undergrad;
...visited Pakistan in ‘81 with his boyfriend, likely under an Indonesian passport.
Many, many questions...none of which the msm are interested in...though they are still trailing Palin’s children.
Describing obama’s mother as Rush described a law student from Georgetown, I’d have to say Mrs. obama was a real teeenage “fluke”.
When Obama becomes just another citizen without the keys to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and has no more “ultimate” power he will be impotent.
Then the dams will burst and an unheard of deluge of people will suddenly take up with info upon how he was propelled to become POTUS.
No more power, no more threats, no more money. His supporters cannot kill everyone that so far has challenged or investigated him.
And those that did die will be remembered and ultimately connected to who did kill them.
how can I take someone seriously, when one of their claims is Obama used 8 different names and then lists the names: Barack H. Obama, Barry H. Obama, Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Hussein Obama, etc. That’s like saying I’ve used different names in my life, such as Michael Francis Lowe, Michael F. Lowe, Mike F. Lowe, etc.
Under the 1961 law, if a child was born out of the country to a single US citizen parent, in order for that child to be declared a citizen, the parent had to be 18 years of age and had lived in the US for a certain length of time(I forget the exact ruling), Bozo's mother didn't qualify, if she had he would be a Natural Born Citizen no matter where he was born. The law today is slightly different but the law at the time is the one in play. Therefore, the article is correct and the statement is correct whether you want to believe it or not. Please don't give me the BS about Two US citizen parents being required, that has never been upheld, even if you count the one instance a lot of people(forget the name of the ruling)quote.

When it comes to legal challenges, folks need to just stick to the RELEVANT facts and not create “smoke” that obscures the salient issues.

One must have faith in truth and justice, so many do not nowadays.
The point is Obama was born, but he does not have a birth certificate for this country. I buy that he was born in Kenya in 1961. If he was born in Hawaii, we would have seen some documentation by now, not a phoney copy made by computer.
I am really disappointed that the men of this country will not insist that this man prove he is elligible under the Constitution. Starting with R. Barclay Surrick, the people who could have stopped him, did not. R. Barclay Surrick is the judge who first heard the case against Obama. If he had any courage, he would have insisted Obama produce his birth certificate and stuck to his guns. He said instead. that Berg had no right to ask. If a citizen of the United States does not have the right to ask, who does?
Please, somebody defend the Constitution.
The left is right about one thing. There is racism involved in the whole eligibility issue. However, they are deliberately or ignorantly wrong in the explanation of it.
A white man or even Latin or Asian would never have been elected or allowed to remain in office, if they had as many discrepancies as “Barry Steve Barack Hussein Soetoro Abdullah Saebarkah Obama.”
That is the true racism that he is given a pass, when no one else, not even a conservative black, would.
She was defiantly a slut or tramp. In that regard, I feel a little sorry for Barry. I understand with his history why he is so screwed up, but that doesn’t give him a pass to mess up our country.

During the last presidential campaign, in August, 2008, Bill Clinton was asked if he thought Obama was qualified to be president.
Clinton's rather odd, cryptic reply:
"The constitution sets qualification for the president. And then the people decide who they think would be the better president."
Bill Clinton made this reference to the Constitution shortly after America's latest fad, the "community organizer" from Chicago, popped up out of nowhere and stole his wife's destiny by winning, in rather sleazy fashion including the shameless playing of "the race card", the Democrat nomination for President.
It has been my opinion since that time that the Clintons know something, and that it was they who quite deliberately fanned the flames of controversy over Obama's birth. Remember, it was a prominent Hillary Clinton supporter, Philadelphia lawyer Philip Berg, who launched *the first* Obama eligibility lawsuit. That lawsuit was filed in August of 2008, shortly after Bill Clinton made the curious reference to the Constitution when asked if he thought Obama was qualified to be President. Coincidental timing? Sure it was.
His alleged father. Could have been anybody. Well..
Boy, he is SOL for invitations to those "good" progressive cocktail parties...right onto the PNG list!
