Unfortunately, that is true about two people in this case: Berg and Obama.
NB how Berg interjects red herrings along the trail. e.g., “born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, (and) at the time of his birth his mother was only 18 years old and not old enough to confer U.S. NBC status to him.” That is, instead of sticking to the "Constitutional Case," he opens yet another legal can of worms. How can the mother alone confer NBC? O, do lets take a year or two to decide that, before we tackle Article II.
Berg, IMNSVHO, is a sower of confusion. Originally paid by the Clintons, after 2007-8 he has gone on with his various charades ... probably at the best of someone on Team Obama.
...no hard copy birth certificate;
...no college grades or thesis;
...no passport records;
...several ss #s, most recent taken out in a state he’d never been to in 1977;
...lived in a foreign student dorm as an undergrad;
...visited Pakistan in ‘81 with his boyfriend, likely under an Indonesian passport.
Many, many questions...none of which the msm are interested in...though they are still trailing Palin’s children.
Describing obama’s mother as Rush described a law student from Georgetown, I’d have to say Mrs. obama was a real teeenage “fluke”.
When Obama becomes just another citizen without the keys to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and has no more “ultimate” power he will be impotent.
Then the dams will burst and an unheard of deluge of people will suddenly take up with info upon how he was propelled to become POTUS.
No more power, no more threats, no more money. His supporters cannot kill everyone that so far has challenged or investigated him.
And those that did die will be remembered and ultimately connected to who did kill them.
how can I take someone seriously, when one of their claims is Obama used 8 different names and then lists the names: Barack H. Obama, Barry H. Obama, Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Hussein Obama, etc. That’s like saying I’ve used different names in my life, such as Michael Francis Lowe, Michael F. Lowe, Mike F. Lowe, etc.
The point is Obama was born, but he does not have a birth certificate for this country. I buy that he was born in Kenya in 1961. If he was born in Hawaii, we would have seen some documentation by now, not a phoney copy made by computer.
I am really disappointed that the men of this country will not insist that this man prove he is elligible under the Constitution. Starting with R. Barclay Surrick, the people who could have stopped him, did not. R. Barclay Surrick is the judge who first heard the case against Obama. If he had any courage, he would have insisted Obama produce his birth certificate and stuck to his guns. He said instead. that Berg had no right to ask. If a citizen of the United States does not have the right to ask, who does?
Please, somebody defend the Constitution.
The left is right about one thing. There is racism involved in the whole eligibility issue. However, they are deliberately or ignorantly wrong in the explanation of it.
A white man or even Latin or Asian would never have been elected or allowed to remain in office, if they had as many discrepancies as “Barry Steve Barack Hussein Soetoro Abdullah Saebarkah Obama.”
That is the true racism that he is given a pass, when no one else, not even a conservative black, would.

1. If I understand what happened correctly, the President of the United States, Obama, had to make a special request to Hawaii officials in order for those officials to release his long form birth certificate.
2. At the same time, I think that Obama used the term "silliness" to describe the growing public demand that he release his long form Hawaii birth certificate, so, according to Obama, he went ahead and released his long form birth certificate to put a stop to all this "silliness."
3. Occidental College records: On the other hand, when Obama is asked over and over by the public to release his Occidental College in California records---records that would be easier for Obama to obtain than his Hawaii long form birth certificate because a simple phone call to Occidental officials would probably have his college records released almost immediately---Obama has been conspicuously silent.
4. So when it comes to the public outcry that Obama release his Occidental records, President Obama does not describe the outcry as just a bunch of "silliness" as he did when he described the public's outcry that he release his Hawaii long form birth certificate.
5. That is, you don’t hear President Obama or any of his immediate staff making fun of those people who demand over and over that Obama release his Occidental College records like they make fun of those “birthers” who claim the President Obama’s long form Hawaii birth certificate is a fake. No sir.
6. President Obama and his press secretary do not even bring up the subject of Occidental records at White House daily press conferences.
7. In fact, it looks like President Obama will never voluntarily release his Occidental College in California records in our lifetime, no matter how much pressure we the public put on the President of the United States.
8. Why is that? What is the President of the United States trying to hide that is in his Occidental College in California records?

Social Security controversy: And there is the controversy surrounding Obama's Social Security number: Why is the number assigned to President Obama in the 1970s a number that would normally be assigned to a person who filed for his Social Security number in Connecticut, when there is no record that teenager Obama ever lived in or visited Connecticut?

Again, it would be easier for Obama to get a copy of his original Social Security application and to quickly release it to the public than it would be for him to get a copy of his Hawaii long form birth certificate, but yet Obama has been conspicuously silent when it comes to discussing his Connecticut issued Social Security number. Why is that?
11. That is, we don't see Obama going on national tv and describing this Social Security controversy as just a bunch of "silliness" as he described the controversy surrounding his Hawaii long form birth certificate. Why is that?

We also don’t see Obama’s immediate staff going on talk shows and making fun of those people who want President Obama to finally explain how he ended up with a Connecticut Social Security number and put this controversy to rest. Why is that, when members of President Obama's staff and his supporters were quick to jump all over Trump and ridicule him when Trump questioned the authenticity of President Obama’s long and short form birth certificates?

I make the statement above about how easy it would be for President Obama to obtain a copy of his Social Security application form for this reason: Anybody can easily and quickly obtain a copy of his Social Security application form by simply requesting a copy from Social Security and paying a small fee.
14. In addition, as we know, the information asked for on the brief Social Security application form is very short, that is, the application form basically asks only for your name, date of birth, and home address. That is it. So why would President Obama be so scared to let the public examine his original Social Security application form when there is really not much personal information on it?

16. For instance, one can see a copy of deceased President Eisenhower's original Social Security application on the web, but, of course, Eisenhower's application can now be seen because he is deceased.

Again, President Obama would probably find it much easier to have his Occidental College in California records and his Social Security application form released to the public than he would in having his Hawaii long form birth certificate released, but the President of the United States, Obama, and his staff have remained conspicuously silent when it comes to the release of these two items. Why is that?

I can only conclude the following: The President of the United States, Obama, won't release his Occidental College in California records and his original Social Security application form---the one he supposedly filled out in the 1970s as a teenager in Hawaii---because he is trying to hide something that would be damaging to his political career.
