This looks to me like a signal that the Obama campaign team is pivoting to the “bastard child of a single mother thus unitary US citizenship at birth and not a UK subject at birth” defence on the NBC issue.
Maybe the book “The Other Barack” showing his father was considered by the US INS and U of HI officials to be a bigamist and sexual predator gave them the opening they needed to throw BHO Sr under the bus!
This doesn't get Obama a genuine HI BC but he can still count on HI officials to back him up on that. Meanwhile by declaring his mother to have been single when he was born (as Mooshell said way back when, remember?) gives him strong cover on the NBC issue...because a bastard child cannot be a dual citizen regardless of who his father is.

Trump was on Fox a few weeks ago, again brought up how Obama's book was likely not written by him, was a big part of his election strategy.
Maybe they are also preparing for Sheriff Joe's findings.
Does he think that denying the marriage of his mother denies the parentage of his father, regardless of the legality of the marriage? What does he do about the divorce decree?
So, the very story and book that launched Obama into politics must be destroyed in order to keep Obama in politics?
How does that work?

Parentage has everything to do with citizenship, not marriage.

If you recall, Michelle stated somewhere that Obama was born to a single mother.
If your read the Ulstermann Report - which Free Republic doesn’t like..there is an interesting story that is clearly talking about Dianne Feinstein who is the one who first announced Osama’s death - which was a signal to Obama to back off. She did it during the service of Kam Kuwata, who the insider apparently is claiming knew about some Obama stuff in Denver.

Being born to a single mother also removes the obstacle of being born on foreign soil because the “only” legal parent is US Citizen.
However, as a person who got divorced from a common law marriage, and ex tried to have divorce “nullified” to remove the five years back child support he owed and thought (after signing the papers the years earlier and was granted by judge) he would just wave the “BUT WE WERE NEVER MARRRRIIIIEEEDDD” thing around.
The judge told him, “Son, you were common law married by legal definition. You lived together for five years before the common law statute was removed. BUT even if you weren’t common law married, this divorce just made you married. This divorce paper CREATED a marriage.”
Therefore, I contend that Obama’s parents divorce papers will screw up the “born to a single mother so NBC doesn’t matter” argument they are working toward.
And furthermore, how stupid is it to do this crap when he has an entire biography stating otherwise. A biography that for the Obots (when confronted with “we don’t know anything about this guy!”) use as ‘proof’ of his life.
