McCain was born in a civilian hospital in Panama because at that moment there was no OB unit at the base.

Since almost the only people who used this hospital unit were American military, the powers that be considered that a birth there would be considered on base (i.e., in US territory).

This reporter says that story is not true. Read his proof.

I don’t understand what is the status, then, of Orly’s subpoenas for the HDOH. They claimed last week at this time that they don’t have to honor a subpoena from GA. Now Malihi refused to quash those subpoenas. But do they have to be honored even if they’re not quashed?

I can’t keep track of all these maneuvers and what they mean.

Of course, Obama could reason that he’s not going to win Georgia anyway, so it’s no real loss not to be on the ballot.

I would guess that he would be tried in a civilian court since he “really” is not in the military. Our military is set up to have a civilian Commander in Chief.

The sentence for treason is “hanging”.
