Lawsuit Filed Against Hawaii Department of Health on Behalf of Duncan Sunahara
Lawsuit against the Hawaii Department of Health has been filed by Hawaii Attorney Gerald Kurashima on behalf of Duncan Sunahara, Virginia Sunahara's brother. The case has been assigned to Judge Nishimura. Dean Haskins of the Birther Summit will be making a public announcement about this case very soon. Stay tuned for further updates.

HDOH Denies Having Birth Record for Virginia Sunahara
Virginia Sunahara was born on Aug 4, 1961 and died the next day. Her death was announced in both theHonolulu Advertiser and the Star-Bulletin. Her name is in both the 1960-64 birth index and 1960-64death index.But when I asked for a non-certified copy of her abbreviated birth certificate the HDOH told me thatthey have no records responsive to my request. On previous requests for other COLB I had been told that I could not get a copy because I did not have a direct and tangible interest. But in this case they flat-out told me they don't have a birth record for Virginia. Even though their birth index says they do.

Either the HDOH lied about having no records for her, or they queried her name and the computer no longer has that record under her name, even though it was under her name when they printed the 1960-64 birth index sometime around March of 2010. What happened to Virginia's birth record? Was the name on it changed to Barack Hussein Obama II so he could have her BC#? The HDOH needs to be audited, to find out what has happened with Sunahara's birth record. Here is the HDOH’s claim that they have no birth record for a girl listed on their birth index:

For some strange reason I flashed on a vision of a real or imaginary threat to the VPOTUS.
Why not, the MSM could use the fear to discredit further the Tea Party and maybe help calls for marshal law, while a supposedly more rational response would throw suspicion on HRC and at a minimum render her politically helpless to intervene if that were to be her inclination in such a situation.

Seems you have a lot of catching up to do regarding this subject.
We located Hawaii had a Christian name law since the 19th century.
This law was valid in 1961. All children born in Hawaii must have a Christian name.
Some say Barack is not a Christian name. Some say the law was not really maintained.
Duncan is another example the name law was enforced.
I’ve got an Alvin Onaka signature on my HI marriage certificate from 2001, sans smiley face. LOL!
Funny thing about that family tree, it reminds me that the ex sister-in-law of the famous baby-sitter is a friend of Patricia Origenes...whose daughter apparently married a Sunahara - will the coincidences never end?

Onaka kept Duncan waiting for four hours and then told Duncan he had to leave...
I have a sense that if Orly has a colb it might have come from Duncan, he says the numbers are many hundreds out of sequence...and Fuddy hasn’t responded as far as I know.

Orly Taitz DID NOT have a copy of the COLB for Virginia Sunahara. In fact, in 2010 Loretta Fuddy (Director of Hawaii DOH) said “Hawaii DOH has no record of birth for Virginia Sunahara”. Then, recently Hawaii DOH gave her brother a “short form” of her B.C. (The question IS, WHY did Loretta Fuddy say they did not have it?)
I imagine that since the Hawaii Attorney General’s Office is filing suit on Duncan Sunahara’s behalf, Hawaii DOH is going to HAVE to produce the long-form for the Attorney General’s Office!

The response that Butterdz got from the HI DOH was that they had no record responsive.
A researcher went to the HI DOH in July 2010, and in the Birth Index, as well as the Death Index, Virginia Sunahara was indeed listed:
I think that Orly does indeed have a copy of the COLB (short form) that Duncan was given by the HI DOH.
The certificate number mentioned contains a typo, the actual number is:
151 1961 - 011080
Duncan was there at the office waiting for 5 hours, he said, and then they kicked him out saying that Onaka would not talk to him.
Sounds like in order to get the COLB and/or birth/death records from Kapiolani or Wahiawa Hospital he had to show that he had power of attorney for Clara. So if that’s true then even if he filed the case it could be done on behalf of Clara.
I still need to read the whole complaint and I’d like to listen to the interview again. I thought the interview did a good job of bringing out the point that there is no reason for the HDOH to even WANT to keep this record hidden, unless they have something terrible and significant to hide.

That would make sense. I wonder if that’s how she got it. I need to listen to that interview again; I wonder when he finally got it.
I always get suspicious when Obama goes to Hawaii. I always suspect that he's really there on some kind of "house-keeping" mission.

Oops. I listened again - this time when I wasn’t rushing around getting dressed for work - and it was 4 hours he waited, from noon until 4pm.
Looks like he had gotten the COLB from the HDOH the week before the interview. The Birther Summit in HI began on Sept 14th so it was early-mid-September when he got the COLB.

AND VIRGINIA SUNAHARA WHO WAS BORN AUGUST 4, 1961 - DIED AUGUST 5, 1961 according to the newspaper announcement...
...now has a COLB numbered 151 1961 - 011080 - that's 439 registration after the number for Zero.
Must have been a busy day for births in Hawaii.
Total births for Hawaii in 1961 was over 17 thousand, that's an average of some 330 per week...and here we have 439 IN ONE DAY? There must have been some kind of population explosion...
