Lawsuit Filed Against Hawaii Department of Health on Behalf of Duncan Sunahara
Lawsuit against the Hawaii Department of Health has been filed by Hawaii Attorney Gerald Kurashima on behalf of Duncan Sunahara, Virginia Sunahara's brother. The case has been assigned to Judge Nishimura. Dean Haskins of the Birther Summit will be making a public announcement about this case very soon. Stay tuned for further updates.

HDOH Denies Having Birth Record for Virginia Sunahara
Virginia Sunahara was born on Aug 4, 1961 and died the next day. Her death was announced in both theHonolulu Advertiser and the Star-Bulletin. Her name is in both the 1960-64 birth index and 1960-64death index.But when I asked for a non-certified copy of her abbreviated birth certificate the HDOH told me thatthey have no records responsive to my request. On previous requests for other COLB I had been told that I could not get a copy because I did not have a direct and tangible interest. But in this case they flat-out told me they don't have a birth record for Virginia. Even though their birth index says they do.

Either the HDOH lied about having no records for her, or they queried her name and the computer no longer has that record under her name, even though it was under her name when they printed the 1960-64 birth index sometime around March of 2010. What happened to Virginia's birth record? Was the name on it changed to Barack Hussein Obama II so he could have her BC#? The HDOH needs to be audited, to find out what has happened with Sunahara's birth record. Here is the HDOH’s claim that they have no birth record for a girl listed on their birth index:

Worth a big BTTT. This is a sterling end run and deserves attention.
She’s not posted the copy or what the BC# is, but did post on her blog that she had gotten it. The GA lawsuit argues that Sunahara’s BC# is far out of sequence, and I would presume she submitted a copy of the COLB to the judge.
Did I miss something? Do we know for certain what this lawsuit against the HDOH is about? Is it her brother suing for the records or is it the family suing to prevent their disclosure?
I didn’t know that Orly got a COLB for Virginia, either. When did that happen? How could they issue her a COLB for an unrelated person but not for Obama?

It defies imagination, doesn’t it? How can that woman show her face, much less waltz around, unrepentant, as if she’s an elite intellectual?
It was filed with the aid of a “birther” so I would presume it’s suing to get access to the long-form. There’s supposed to be more coming out soon so I guess we’ll see then.
I have an e-mail where a colleague alerted me to Orly’s blog mention of receiving Sunahara’s COLB but I can’t get to my received e-mails right now. And I’m not sure what lawsuit she got that in response to, or what the legal justification was.
Was it aided by a “birther”? Oh, okay. I was afraid it was some kind of set up, considering that recent weeks-long stay in Hawaii.
I wonder if they swapped the numbers for O and V ?
Maybe O didn't get a BC till he came back from Indonesia and needed one. Maybe his “Phone it in” paperwork was in limbo for years, so he needed Virginia's legitimate and timely BC number when he started running for president?

He got the short form, and its around 11080. About 440 higher than the Nordykes. He said HDOH will not give him the longform.

butter...is there a ping list for all things “BC”? I am fascinated by the Sunahara info and I really think there’s something major going on here. I’d like to be made aware when other stuff pops up, particularly what’s coming.
