Lawsuit Filed Against Hawaii Department of Health on Behalf of Duncan Sunahara
Lawsuit against the Hawaii Department of Health has been filed by Hawaii Attorney Gerald Kurashima on behalf of Duncan Sunahara, Virginia Sunahara's brother. The case has been assigned to Judge Nishimura. Dean Haskins of the Birther Summit will be making a public announcement about this case very soon. Stay tuned for further updates.

HDOH Denies Having Birth Record for Virginia Sunahara
Virginia Sunahara was born on Aug 4, 1961 and died the next day. Her death was announced in both theHonolulu Advertiser and the Star-Bulletin. Her name is in both the 1960-64 birth index and 1960-64death index.But when I asked for a non-certified copy of her abbreviated birth certificate the HDOH told me thatthey have no records responsive to my request. On previous requests for other COLB I had been told that I could not get a copy because I did not have a direct and tangible interest. But in this case they flat-out told me they don't have a birth record for Virginia. Even though their birth index says they do.

Either the HDOH lied about having no records for her, or they queried her name and the computer no longer has that record under her name, even though it was under her name when they printed the 1960-64 birth index sometime around March of 2010. What happened to Virginia's birth record? Was the name on it changed to Barack Hussein Obama II so he could have her BC#? The HDOH needs to be audited, to find out what has happened with Sunahara's birth record. Here is the HDOH’s claim that they have no birth record for a girl listed on their birth index:

Thank you for your kind words. There are a lot of people who have pitched in so much behind the scenes. We need them all, just like we need both the questions of law and the questions of fact addressed. Thank God that we have people working towards the middle from both ends.
We don’t know what the outcomes of the cases will be, but each time the HDOH or Obama’s people refuse to release documents that they are not only allowed to release (as they have always been)... and not only required to release (as they have always been).... but also ORDERED to release, it raises more and more questions of why such a seemingly routine, non-controversial BC as Obama claims he produced should give them so many fits.
And every time a judge acts like it’s some huge, extreme requirement for Obama to show one boring, routine piece of paper in order to occupy the White House (even while we’re all having to be photographed naked just to get on a plane), it shows us that we have a lawless ruling class on the one hand, and the rest of us worthless peons on the other hand (in the view of our government).

We are in warfare against the Father of Lies and the spirit of lawlessness. He seeks only to steal (as we’ve watched Obama/Soros do endlessly by taking what is ours and giving it to his political cronies), kill (as we’re finding out is the center of Fast & Furious, the Seal team that seems to have been betrayed, etc), and destroy (as we see futures demolished by the Cloward-Piven Plan which destroyed our economy through the efforts of the Chicago lawyer in his only legal cases - Barack Obama).
This is why right now the most critical people of all are the prayer warriors, IMHO. Our battle isn’t against flesh and blood, and we’re going to need much more than just flesh and blood (or brains and stamina) to stand against that giant.
I keep telling myself that there will be a Day when justice prevails and everything that was hidden will be revealed. God is not mocked, even though it may seem like it for a while. In the end the people who win will be those who are connected to Him and get their life, joy, hope, peace, love, and all the other good stuff from Him. =)

There’s no original birth certificate for Obama. The original birth certificate for Sunahara is probably the base document for Obama’s forgery, if the analysis I’ve seen is correct. Here’s a comment from a commenter on my blog that summarizes it well:

Judging by the gray-scale letters that indicate they were from the original source document,the girl whose record was used had an R for the third letter of her first name. Virginia fits all these requirements: female, born at Wahiawa Hospital, and having an R as the 3rd letter of her first name.”

I didn’t really do anything with this, but if anything I’ve worked with can help, I’m glad.
This is sort of personal for me, because our first child was stillborn at 42 weeks. When “researcher” from Post and Email told about her conversation with Clara Sunahara, Clara’s sorrow made mine also seem like yesterday. My daughter died on January 12, 1993. You never forget how precious a child is to you.
If somebody stole my Melinda Rose’s birth certificate I would be furious. I wish I could wrap my arms around the Sunahara family and tell them that Virginia’s life was beautiful and had a purpose no matter how short the time they got to know her, and we all want her life to be honored and respected. And even now, we who have been through the same loss weep again with them. How precious life is!
I just have to say one other thing. Bill Ayers wrote once about how his communist buddies used to search the cemeteries looking for little ones whose identities they could steal. The same people who are fine with sucking the brains out of half-born children or creating embryos to use for spare parts have no qualms about stealing the very identity of precious little ones that families lovingly buried and grieved.
I cannot think of anything lower than that. Even the Fred Phelps stuff pales in comparison; at least Phelps thinks he’s making a statement that the living need to hear. Ayers and his buddy Obama are just trashing babies for parts, like they were Clunkers for Cash.

I would love one hour alone with Dr Neal Palafox. He wouldn’t lie for them about why he quit. Okubo lied and said that nobody had asked him to resign and it was for “personal reasons” but Palafox defied them all by saying he had no idea why he resigned. Making it clear that somebody wanted him out of there.
One item that was not on the timeline on that page was when WND’s informant from the HDOH said that Obama’s forgery had been placed in the file at the HDOH. Other significant events were the changes that Fuddy made - most importantly, the decision that she would disobey HRS 338-16 which REQUIRES copies of a BIRTH CERTIFICATE (not just the CONTENTS of a birth certificate, which is what a computer-generated document is) to be issued at the request of those authorized to receive it.
Everything Fuddy has done regarding vital records is lawless.
I haven’t shown the specifics of this in detail yet, but the remnants of a seal that are on the supposed long-form that Obama released are not the right size to be the official 2 1/4-inch-diameter official HDOH seal. If the official HDOH seal is not on the paper, HDOH Administrative Rules governing vital records specifically say that the State of Hawaii seal has to be displayed. It’s not on Obama’s supposed long-form. What Obama produced - even at BEST - does not meet the legal requirement to be called a certified copy. Fuddy has to know that. If she truly released a certified copy to Obama’s lawyer, it was not what Obama disclosed. And Fuddy acts as if it was.
Hmm. That didn’t sound right. I’d love to be able to talk to Palafox for an hour without anybody telling him what he could or couldn’t say. He seems an honest sort and I bet he has VERY interesting things he could say.
Ohhh, this is good. This would be a good time for the truth to come out. (or even a rather obvious lie!). May he be stopped from his deceptions now.

Was the local registrar’s name taken from this 1962 “Edith Pauline Coats” birth cert? Since it has been determined that there were registrar’s offices for different regions, why does Obama’s cert have the name of a registrar for a different region?
