A vote for Mitt Romney is a vote for GOP destruction and the rise of a third party. Who can unite conservatives?

If we must have an enemy at the head of Government, let it be one whom we can oppose, and for whom we are not responsible, who will not involve our party in the disgrace of his foolish and bad measures. - Alexander Hamilton
why does that have masonic symbol?
I agree as well
Godspeed and God Bless!
HoA
mmmmmmmmmm your tagline
Mormons have taken many of their temple rituals from the Masons.
Hi HoA! Good to see you! I'm home for a bit and really enjoying it.
God bless you and may you have a healthy and prosperous 2012!
(And may we keep the House and take back the Senate and the WH.)
I'm going to have to write a script for ZOT posts to save my aching typing fingers. LOL
LOL. Amen to that sweetpea! What a frickin choice. Cooler heads BETTER prevail or other heads better roll!
Mitt's a lefty nut. Paul is a plain nut.
I wouldn't mind perry, santorum or Bachmann, but they're just about in the single digits.
SO It looks like Newt which I don't mind, though I know he was in bad odor here for quite a while when he lost the house leadership back in the day.
I tried for Fred Thompson last election but everybody here was fixated on Paul McRombeeani strain of liberalism for some God forsaken reason and refused to look at the 1 or two actual honest to goodness conservatives that were available.
lol. I'm kinda ranting here so better close this. Looks like Newt is the Great Conservative hope. I'd have gone for palin but ...
Take care. It's WONDERFUL to have you back at home and back with us and out of that horrible sandpit!
Take care milady. And thanks for your service!
Damn right it will. If Romney gets the nomination, I am out of the party and so are most pubbies I know. I am SICK OF RINOS.I'll 2nd that! If Mitt gets the nomination, a conservative's 3rd party (TEA party?) should run their own candidate. Never mind the wailing that this would guarantee Obama's 4-more-years, because with Mitt, it already IS a guaranteed four more years. Romney is super weak, can't carry the GOP base, and Obama and the MSM will destroy him after Sept 1st. ...and like others have said, Romney would not reverse and demolish the Obama nightmare |
I tried that with a phone call and they just quit calling.
” Both support socialized medicine, global warming, liberal judges, gay marriage, refuse to support states efforts to reform union negotiations, prefer to vote present on issues.”
Last I read he was for universal health care but not run by the Federal government . Tax deductions and tax breaks in his plan . Wants to deregulate private insurance .
Ronmney believes that there should be a national standard for marriage and that it should be kept between man and woman.
He is against the Kyoto Protocol .
He is for ILLEGAL immigration .
He is pro Israel .
Yes , overall he is too liberal for my taste but head and shoulders above Obama .
Make that he is for LEGAL immigation . My bad .
You were right the first time. Romney is all for allowing immigrants who came here illegally apply for permanent residency. He IS pro amnesty. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_rr6-CcOJPw
Wow, and it did no good that her arm was clad in the purest shimmering samite. Thanks TOL.
Spoken like a true genius.
There was a REASON the FOUNDERS didn't put a right to vote in the Constitution.
You are it.
Maybe his couchmate Nancy will vote for him. Maybe as president he’ll solve that global warming problem he’s so concerned about. Maybe as president he’ll institute that fine conservative principle of the individual mandate for healthcare. Maybe one of the serial first ladies could be put in charge of it. He’s no worse than the others and no better.
If Romney is a Soros plant, and Soros and the left have that kind of reach within our own party, then we've pretty much reached the point at which elections don't mean much anyway. I truly hope that isn't the case.
