I am so hoping this is true. I understand this is more inside baseball talk and noone will truly know the truth until we see Sarah physically say it. But the writer was part of 2008 and is very hopeful. I am sorry that the article contains a bunch of html links that are not reproducing.
I can't see myself voting for Romney so this has to happen. I hope that we all say a collective prayer and I mean that literally because it appears that we just need one final nudge for this to become 100% truth.

Romney has ZERO political courage, which is what we must demand of a candidate in this election.

We need to pray for her. There are a lot of rich and powerfull people who know they will be going to jail if she wins the Presidency.

I certainly hope this is true. If so, hang on to your hats, it’s going to get troll heavy around here.

The collective wisdom of “run down the clock” regarding Christie actually would benefit Palin now. If he could still get in, how is she late?
To: PalinCain2012
I would welcome her to the race. HOWEVER ... I should point out that if, rather than coming to the fore, she instead threw her weight behind Cain -- to which Cain would thank her with a VP slot -- this election would already be over, and they would win in a landslide, and Palin would not need to spend a fraction of her coffers in the effort. (Whereas competing against Cain and the others as the nominee would be expensive, divisive, and without guarantee of success.) There is absolutely no downside for Mrs. Palin in lending her shoulder to Cain after having negotiated the VP slot. At this stage of the game, I personally hope this is the direction she takes. It is the biggest win for everybody.

It would be good to have another ‘conservative-in-waiting’ because, now that Cain seems to be rising, he is going to get an onslaught of MSM attention. This passed weekend was mild. The MSM haven't even started to pulverize him.
It appears that the Republicans and MSM did the job on Perry by destroying his changes.
It is going to be either Romney or Palin. If Palin doesn't jump in, it is going to be Romney. And he would be about as bad as John McCain would have been.

[There was a strong push for a Chris Christie run.]
Yup, that was an amazing bit of hysteria by the RINOs since they can see Romney has zero traction. The Wall Street Journal had an editorial about the shortened primary window preempting every new candidate but Christie and now he wasn’t running. Glaring omission of Palin’s name.
If Palin runs, the lamentations of the PDSers who said she was just in it for the money should flow like rivers.

These moves were artificially moved forward to prevent any more time for a candidate to game the system, to leisurely let the field collapse before entering. This was a specifically choreographed effort by the GOP. Horsesh*t! Someone needs less tin foil. The states are fighting over influence. It has nothing to do with an RNC conspiracy to game the system.

I have to admit that if Palin enters the race in the next week or so she will have to be crowned the Master of Political Timing.
Perry looks like a goner as does Bachmann. Cain is a good guy but can he poll conservative votes ahead of a Sarah Palin? I don’t think so. Gingrich - nope. Ron Paul - with that foreign policy - also a nope. The rest of field - big nope.
So it could be Palin, Cain and Romney. Palin can win that.
Get out the popcorn. It’s Sarah-time.

Yawns.zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz She is not presidential, too much drama...and I give her credit in thinking she would not do it "for the sake of the children". The family has been through enough ridicule, lies..innuendos; after a while no one knows the truth and could care less; people get tired and move on. Palin will be successful as a popular Fox News Contributor during the 2012 election time-frame. Palin can count her blessings in other ways..and am sure has many times. It's too complicated now.
As the Governor from NJ said,[a dig maybe?] he will continue in his job to which he had been elected to serve his own voters in NJ.
