Whatever, Syncro, you may not recall but we’ve had discussions in the past, mostly you helping me with new changes on FR. I appreciate that but do not appreciate this.
I have called some very dear Mormon women friends. Nobody can tell me they were not Christians. I know a Christian when I see one. God tells me who Christians are and I trust him.
If we want to witness for Christ, it would not be in a hateful way.
All of the Christian churches, Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant, all agree that Mormonism is a non Christian religion.
Somebody is not hearing the voice of God in regards to Mormonism, either you or the Christian churches.
Lately the LDS has embraced the title “Christian” but in the past venomously opposed it.
I love Mormons.
But Mormonism is a (deceptive) non-Christian belief system, said so by founders, elders, LDS prophets and never recanted.
Everyday Mormons apparently aren't familiar with the history.
Now that it is acceptable to be called Christians, most think they are the same as the main stream Christians. Not so unless they have made that decision apart from their church doctrine and by communicating with the God of the Bible. Not the one in the Book of Mormon.
I do not witness in a hateful way, but none the less by exposing false religious beliefs I have been hated.
No biggie, it goes with the territory.
Thanks for the post.
You have a magnificient gift, God telling you who are Christians. And being able to know a Christian when you see one.
Its called LOVE BOMBING
Are they honest enough to tell you that what ever church you attend is the church of the devil and an abomination to God. Before you play the hate card - both statements are found in their scriptures - explicitly.
Do you know what makes a person a Christian?
And when was the last time you read the bible?
"For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, masquerading as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve."
