The individual in question was not and never will be President of the United States. His little bastard (his marriage to Stanley Ann being invalid due to bigamy) was born on 4 August 1961 in Honolulu, is over 35, and has resided in the cesspool on Lake Michigan for at least 14 years. He's eligible. Get over it.

The Honolulu newspapers were utterly unaware of the history they were witnessing and were just trying to fill up their news hole. They were utterly clueless, as news outlets generally are.

As for the INS, they probably just copied whatever BHO, Sr. put down. But, since it differs from what's on his tombstone, it's a further reason to discuss the FOIA stuff, which has nothing to do with the President, except it's about his daddy, from whom he had dreams.

That's exactly right. So why would they lie about his age? Want more verification? Get a copy of his SSN application. If you don't want to bother, then shut up about it, because the fact is, he was born on June 18, 1934 and not April 4, 1936, unless you can provide proof otherwise.

Yes, there were 70+ eligibility lawsuits, but Obama’s private attorneys provided a defense in only three (3) out of 70+ cases. And Perkins Coie defended only two (2) of the three.

The U.S. Department of Justice provided a defense in seven (7) lawsuits.

All of the remaining lawsuits were either dismissed sua sponte or did not include Obama/Soetoro as a defendant.

Gramps would start to laugh again until he started to cough, and Toot would mutter under her breath that she supposed it was a good thing that my father had realized that dropping the pipe had just been an accident because who knows what might have happened otherwise, and my mother would roll her eyes at me and say they were exaggerating. “Your father can be a bit domineering,” my mother would admit with a hint of a smile. “But it’s just that he is basically a very honest person. That makes him uncompromising sometimes.”

Does anyone really believe that story was worth telling, or is it a contrivance to hang the names ANN and ANNA on Stanley Ann Dunham, and TOOT on Madelyn Dunham?

Remove the 1959 and Hawaii, and there you have it. He left for Harvard when the child he had with ANNA was two years old, and Stanley Ann Dunham and zero never came into the story. Who was the father who threatened to have him expelled? THE FATHER OF ANNA.

That could be answered yes and no. Clearly, none of the lawsuits were successful in reaching their objectives. However, many were never tried on the merits because they were dismissed. So “lost” is relative, I suppose.

That is germane only to the age of the President's father, not to that of the President.

Which has nothing to do with said President's eligibility, cognitively challenged birfers notwithstanding, since the Founders not only failed to define Natural Born, they also failed to include qualifications about the father's age or its accuracy.

I think Trump was part of this from the gitgo. He got himself established as the uber-birther, Obama presents a supposed birth certificate to the world as an answer, the uber-birther effectively certifies it is genuine by not challenging it, end of story.

What better way for them to discover what outstanding evidence was overlooked, than to have Trump become the supreme lightning rod. I'll bet every birther from coast to coast sent him all their latest stuff, hoping and begging to have him release it for them. Great, huh? They're probably still going through this treasure trove of data to plug what few holes are left.

as to where he was born, anymore then the rest of us.
If he was born in Hawaii, and in Kapiolani, why all the obfuscation?
Why do we just now have a birth certificate? Why does it appear to be a fraud?
Why have they stalled so long, only to produce a highly questionable document?
Where are the celebrations at Kapiolani?

The whole affair has stunk from day one, and it gets only worse.

Granted, Obambie has no first hand knowledge of his birth, anymore then any of us, but his handlers have been doing everything they can to confuse the issue.

Why did they just not come out and claim a home birth?
That way, there would be only the bogus COLB that he produced.
There would be no other paper trail, and it would fit the

He apparently didn't clerk for any judge either. Almost all successful, top law school graduates clerk for someone. Very very fishy.

Clerk for a judge and strict background check: I read on a message board many months ago where a person theorized that the main reason Obama did not clerk for a judge was that Obama knew that he couldn't pass a very strict background check that such a clerk would have to pass.
