Yes, there were 70+ eligibility lawsuits, but Obama’s private attorneys provided a defense in only three (3) out of 70+ cases. And Perkins Coie defended only two (2) of the three.
The U.S. Department of Justice provided a defense in seven (7) lawsuits.
All of the remaining lawsuits were either dismissed sua sponte or did not include Obama/Soetoro as a defendant.

Anyway, regarding the Berg case, three different firms entered their appearance, Perkins & Coi, Ballard & Spahr and Sandler. Therefore, the total monies paid out in Berg would have to include all thre not just Perkins & Coi. Interesting how you guys always omit that?
