When viewing the PDF in Adobe the text can be removed and added in Layers
You can compress all layers down to one, but someone clearly did not do that last step to make a good forgery
In post 47 scroll over to the right to the green one you can see markings that say “add” and markings like this / on the side. It sure looks like it was being set up and marked on how to forge it. (Stanley) and African was just dumb. I mean really, it looks like a Daily Kaos blogger did this one as well.
That would be my suspicion as well. I would like to see other documentation from Hawaii from 1961 with “African” as the race.
And Obama’s looks like it was made yesterday. Not the yellowed stuff all us old people get. Mine is so old it is black but it is real.
Has someone tried to find another African-American child born in that hospital around the same time to see what their (or their parents) race is listed as?
Which OCR software creates clipping masks in addition to layers?
I am sure Me. Trump has the best experts in the world looking at this document everyway to Sunday.
That’s sounds good when you are waiting for a blogger to send it to you in e-mail.
“Why does Ozero’s BC NOT have the lower section with the signatures of BOTH the “Director of Health” and “Registrar General” along with the SEAL to confirm accuracy?”

That is a VERY good question!
Donkey: "Oh...you both have layers. Not everybody likes onions...You know what everybody likes? Parfaits. Have you ever met a person, you say, 'Hey lets get some parfaits' and they say 'He$$ no, I don't like no parfaits!' Parfaits are delicious...Parfaits may be the most delicious thing on the whole d@#$ planet."
Are you suggesting that OCR picked up some, but not all, of the signatures? Why would this make any sense? Furthermore, why would OCR fail on some of the most obvious letters (such as the H, the L, the K, and the S)? OCR is imperfect, but it doesn’t work the way you think it does.
The top two look authentic and the bottom one looks like a forgery.
Did I get it right? Do I win a prize?
:)
This is making people look to be absolutely loons. It is almost 2012, elections are not far off. The truth is, Obama will NEVER be removed from office over this issue. People will NEVER accept a document Obama produces.
Lets focus on things like Obama's failed policies which we have enormous amounts of real proof of.
Oops, sorry, looks like you had the same idea before I posted my question to you.
I sure hope this backfires in his corrupt face.
Uh oh....this one is already “ not found on this server”.
Let’s suppose a few things, and see where our mind goes:
1) Suppose it is a forgery
2) Suppose that only the layers identified so far are the variances from an original document that were chosen for forgery.
3) Suppose that the main body of the document in white is the non-forged bit.
4) What important components vary, then, that could be forged?
Answer:
1) Doctor’s signature.
2) The last numeral in the File Number.
3) Dates accepted by the two Registrars.
4) The certification of the copy.
5) The signature of the Local Registrar.
6) A couple of white boxes that may have been placed over the top of compromising information.
Question: Are any of those potentially manipulated components of the file sufficient to cause the reader to envision forgery?
Answer: Sure.
1) At a minimum, who the doctor was that delivered 0bama has always been in question. Now, we have a composite document that calls into question the signature of any doctor.
2) What dates the Registrars attested to is now in question.
3) Who the Local Regitrar was is now in question. Is the person alive, dead, talking, real, etc?
I don’t have time to continue this line of thinking. Back to work.
Y’all keep it up!
Both of the August date stamps are separate objects also.
Download free inkscape and ungroup the objects for yourself.
Nordyke has KM&GH too.
