U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson has ruled that Obama’s health care law is unconstitutional. The decision in a nutshell is this: the individual mandate is unconstitutional and it is not severable, therefore, the entire act must be declared void.

My cousin told me that the road to hell is paved w/good intentions. We can improve things without unconstitutional legislation.
In the meantime, everyone who approved of the bill can adopt a family and pay their healthcare insurance premiums for a year. That is putting your money where your mouth is.
