Thank you for the continuing prayers....

As an update: She’s still getting some sharp pains due to the medications being used to break up the clots, but she was able to sleep laying down (which had been impossible before) and that has really helped her out some.

She’s on Dilaudid for the pain and it has really taken the edge off.

We’re hoping to have her home on Sunday or Monday, but that’s all about what her blood work looks like.

Thank you everyone again and again. It’s must appreciated.

btw, Don't let your wife 'feel down' about being in the hospital. The last time I was in - and in traction for 5 days due to a spinal-nerve problem -- I actually GAINED weight. So get her some good books, and hopefully she has Cable that gets Fox News and a nice Movie Channel like TCM.

The Hospital I was in, actually has free Internet Access now too. When our oldest daughter had her last child there - our newest grandson, now 2yo - while we were visiting her I went to Drudge, and FR to see what was going on here ;-)

'Maybe' I don't mind being in the Hospital so much as all my issues are Pain related. So I'm shot up with 'Happy Juice' every four hours. (100mg of Demerol mixed with 10 mg of Vistaril, which amplifies the effects of the Demerol)
