Because of her plan be the keynote speaker at "HOMOCON," an event put together by GOProud the first genuinely conservative group for gay Republicans."
"WND Editor Joseph Farah reports this exchange with Ms Coulter:
'Asked by Farah why she was speaking to GOProud, Coulter said: "They hired me to give a speech, so I'm giving a speech. I do it all the time."
Farah then asked: "Do you not understand you are legitimizing a group that is fighting for same-sex marriage and open homosexuality in the military – not to mention the idea that sodomy is just an alternate lifestyle?"
Coulter responded: "That's silly, I speak to a lot of groups and do not endorse them. I speak at Harvard and I certainly don't endorse their views..."
"Obviously Farah does not agree with the Ronald Reagan Statement The person who agrees with you 80 percent of the time is a friend and an ally — not a 20 percent traitor."
"According to Farah the reason for their rejection of GOProud their support of same-sex marriage and military service for open homosexuals. A look at the group's web site shows those issues are not the groups priorities."

GOProud does indeed support homosexual marriage. They also want government handouts for homosexual businesses. They have a laundry list of homosexual agenda issues.

On this issue they are correct. Most of their agenda has to do with homosexual issues. Speaking at a convention called “Homocon” lends them legitimacy.
He needs to exercise a little more self discipline where his emotions are concerned.

You’re wrong newbie. Coulter speaking at Homocon lends them legitimacy. She has already said she’s the “Judy Garland of the Right”. That’s not disagreeing with them. That gives them legitimacy.
If she knew that this was going to be the consequence prior to speaking then she got what she asked for. If not, I totally agree with you. If she inspires a few people with her speech then it is worth it and Farah should lighten up.

It has been proven time and time again that “the Big Tent” doesn’t work. Either conservatives have values they believe in and stand for or they really are the left with a different name.
