There are a lot of folks on birther threads who post their fantasies about how all the legislation will be undone because, as the theory goes, since Obama wasn't really President, then none of the legislation that he signed ever became law...nightmare over!
They can never explain the process by which it all occurs...just that it will, because it all makes so much sense.

Unfortunately, Precedent Obama is spending the taxpayers' money on those lawsuits.
They can stop every lawsuit at the courthouse door, but this issue, and the suspicion hanging over his alleged legitimacy will never go away. It will be Obama's permanent liegacy.

First, that is a might big IF.
Second, IF it's true, then it would end up in court and at the Supreme Court, and they would rule as follows: Any bill submitted by congress which is NOT Acted upon by the President within ten days BECOMES LAW.
That is called the Constitution Ron. So, if we DON'T HAVE a President, then any bill passed by the Congress, cannot BE signed and thus BECAME LAW 10 days later. This Birther nonsense will NOT CHANGE anything. Do YOU get it yet?
