Second, IF it's true, then it would end up in court and at the Supreme Court, and they would rule as follows: Any bill submitted by congress which is NOT Acted upon by the President within ten days BECOMES LAW.
That is called the Constitution Ron. So, if we DON'T HAVE a President, then any bill passed by the Congress, cannot BE signed and thus BECAME LAW 10 days later. This Birther nonsense will NOT CHANGE anything. Do YOU get it yet?

Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United StatesIt's right here. You can read it yourself. Pay attention to the words EVERY and BEFORE. If there is no President, no presentation can occur.
