It's his cap and trade take over our lives program - he knows he can't get it through the house and senate now -

how can this be legal?

We know he thinks he's an empower - but he isn't.

The power provided by these “laws” allows suspension of the Constitution and the rights guaranteed in the Bill of Rights during any civil disturbances, major demonstrations and strikes and allows the military to implement government ordered movements of civilian populations at state and regional levels, the arrest of certain unidentified segments of the population, and the imposition of Martial Law.

Yeah, well, "when in the course of human events..."

These clowns keep this up, and they are going to find that there is a rifle behind every blade of glass. Just sayin'.

You need to cool down and lay low..stay clam and collected. Plan and plot. Then when the time comes..I’ll be right there beside you with a whole lotta others. Maybe not physically right beside you, but we each must/should take care of our own areas.

Start with ahhhhhh say what would make life miserable for those in the city the worst? I say city since most of them live in the city.

Think about it.

That is my worst fear. Hitler had a mental breakdown and that was hard for him since he was already an evil nutcase.

Such a narcissist will try and take everything down with him/her.

The Violent Crime Control Act of 1991 provides additional powers to the President of the United States, allowing the suspension of the Constitution and Constitutional rights of Americans during a “drug crisis”.

I don't care how many laws like this that Congress passes with the President signing it and a 21-gun salute to celebrate - not one of the three branches of government has the authority to suspend the Constitution, ever. You want to change the Constitution? Fine, go through the Constitutional Convention or Constitutional Amendment process, but otherwise, forget it. Every citizen should remember that.

If you are thinking I am defending this insanity, your are badly mistaken. I simply am pointing out what this creep may try and use as authority to implement it.

Which will trigger a civil war in a split second. We will see states claim authority under the tenth and he will claim they have no authority...and away we will all go.

I believe this turd is just looney enough to try it.

Yep. The little $hit just can not wait to be king. He loses JUST the 60 seat majority and he is screwing around with “Executive Orders.”

I can just imagine what he is going to do when the House and Senate are back in Republican control and his little azz is sitting up there in the WH getting chewed out by George Soros…

On June 8, 1789, James Madison proposed the Bills of Rights to the new Congress. Its eventual creation was the outcropping of arguments made in the respective State legislatures debating ratification of the new Constitution. Madison had previously been opposed to the establishment of the Bill of Rights, but the treatises of Thomas Jefferson convinced him of the necessity of such Constitutional amendments. The concept was simple, according to Madison, “That all power is originally vested in, and consequently derived from the people. That government is instituted and ought to be exercised for the benefit of the people; which consists in the enjoyment of life and liberty and the right of acquiring property, and generally of pursing and obtaining happiness and safety. That the people have an indubitable, unalienable, and indefeasible right to reform or change their government whenever it be found adverse or inadequate to the purpose of its institution.”
