The Violent Crime Control Act of 1991 provides additional powers to the President of the United States, allowing the suspension of the Constitution and Constitutional rights of Americans during a drug crisis.
I don't care how many laws like this that Congress passes with the President signing it and a 21-gun salute to celebrate - not one of the three branches of government has the authority to suspend the Constitution, ever. You want to change the Constitution? Fine, go through the Constitutional Convention or Constitutional Amendment process, but otherwise, forget it. Every citizen should remember that.

If you are thinking I am defending this insanity, your are badly mistaken. I simply am pointing out what this creep may try and use as authority to implement it.
Which will trigger a civil war in a split second. We will see states claim authority under the tenth and he will claim they have no authority...and away we will all go.
I believe this turd is just looney enough to try it.
