(Jan. 5, 2010) The Post & Email can publicly confirm that on the first of December, last, U.S. Congressman Nathan Deal (GA-R) challenged the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the office of the U.S. presidency.
Todd Smith, Chief of Staff for Representative Nathan Deal of the United States House of Representatives serving Georgias 9th district, has confirmed today that Deal has sent a letter to Barack Hussein Obama requesting him to prove his eligibility for the office of President of the United States of America. The letter was sent electronically the first of December 2009 in pdf format, and Mr. Smith said that Representative Deal has confirmation from Obamas staff that it has been received. The letter did not have additional signatories. It originated solely from Representative Deal.

I agree with you... I think the clamoring for proof will get louder as things begin to fall apart, and eventually, the requests will be from BOTH sides of the isle.
What is he hiding and Why?
No evidence against it either...
Ping.
You mean ? for him to PROVE that he has the legal right and constitutionally has the right to sign bills into law.
I called Rep. Deal’s office and thanked him! Everyone, please do the same!
No evidence supporting ANY scenario..., yet....

Personally, I suspect that even if we could prove that the President was not Constitutionally eligible, it would be a moot point. I remain agnostic on the matter of O’s eligibility... I really do not know if he’s a natural-born citizen or not... but I also believe that the right has already lost on this issue. It’ll be like that Dem senator said about Clinton, to the effect of “I don’t care if you have videotape of him murdering somone, we’re not going to convict him.”
If you have liberal or Democratic friends and you’ve discussed this issue with them in a respectful manner, what do they think is going on? Let’s say they support the Obama agenda 100%, what do they think his motivation is for being so secretive? Even if the birthers are “ridiculous” how do they explain Obama’s evasive maneuvering?
I can just see some GI refusing to comply with orders (or worse... some OFFICER refusing to give orders) on the principle that the CIC’s citizenship status remains indistinct, unverified and actually invalid.
THEN you can fire up the popcorn maker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First sitting president to be challenged? Maybe that’s because this POS has hidden everything from the public so we have no choice. If congress had done their jobs before the Kenyan got elected, maybe we wouldn’t have to be doing this now.
It happened already.
Its going to happen.

Who IS this Guy?
In an e-mail to Rep. Deal’s ofice, sent after my conversation with the office, I included a link to the British Nationality Act or 1948. It is ALL the supporting evidence that is needed.
So, why was this done in such a low key way? What’s the purpose? He must have known that Obozo would ignore his request.
