Go ORLY!!! Go ORLY!!!

Excellent.

So now Orly rushes to get discovery while Obama’s lawyers rush to the ninth circuit to appeal.

December 7th? Hearing on Motions for Summary Judgment...

Well, ain’t that wonderful... Looks like progress is being made.

It’s time to take back the country.

Orly has won nothing so far. The motion to dismiss hasn’t been ruled on, and discovery is still stayed.

This is NOT what it appears to be. The judge did NOT rule on the MTD yet.

This is nothing more than routine housekeeping that has already been hashed to death in a 450+ post thread over here. Even Gary Kreep concedes that there has been no ruling yet issued on the defense’s motion to dismiss.

Don't pop the champagne quite yet.

No, this is the same info as the 400+ post thread from earlier. No new info, no decision by Judge Carter.

Why announce that the dates are final if a dismissal is the next event?
