NH SECRETARY OF STATE AGREES TO INVESTIGATE
Rep. Lawrence Rappaport, and his wife (Sept. 12, 2009) — New Hampshire State Representative, Lawrence M. Rappaport payed a visit to Mr. William Gardner, the NH Secretary of State, on Thursday, Sept. 10th.
His stunning request: an investigation of Barack Hussein Obama’s presence on the NH 2008 Ballot.
Gardner’s stunning response: an investigation will commence.
I interviewed Mr. Rappaport by email, and asked him, on what basis did he make his complaint; he responded, “The basis for all of this is possible fraud. I don’t know what penalties will be assessed if fraud is proven.”
Rappaport’s action follows stunning revelations that Nancy Pelosi deliberately signed two different forms certifying Barack Hussein Obama was the Democratic National Party candidate for the presidency. While these forms have been known to exist for some time, it was J.B. Williams, writing for the Canadian Free Press who brought them national notoriety, earlier this week.
It is unclear, if, in the eventuality that New Hampshire determines fraud was committed, on the grounds that Barack Hussein Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States, if the State will move, through its governor, to take some sort of action on the National scene, or who would be liable in law for the crime committed in-state.
A couple questions:
Why was this signed in Denver, CO? Did Nancy and Germond have to sign one of these in person in each state?
The received stamp says, “SC Election Comm.” Would the SC stand for South Carolina? If so, again what’s with the Denver signing? If not, then what is the “SC”?
DNC convention in Aug 08.
Two things:
1. Even if it went down as you outline, it would STILL be a good thing to do, because it would TOTALLY defame the DNC, AND completely derail this renegade Administration's anti-American agenda; Czars and all. If Obama goes down, his appointments go down, Sotomayor goes down, his Executive Orders go down...the entire Tower of Babel comes crashing to the ground. Biden, or Pelosi, or D-Whoever is NOT going to be able to carry on without breaking stride in the wake of that kind of political takedown. Such a takedown would likely trigger a sea change in voter registrations, put a lock on the 2010 Election cycle for Conservative candidates, and possibly ice the 2012 Presidential Election for the GOP, as well. This COULD -- and I emphasize COULD -- result in a monumental political swing to the right in every voting bloc, with the posible exception of the 10-15% who are out-and-out, unhinged looney-tunes leftists.
2. If this thing goes down, Pelosi's complicity in the affair will put a decisive end to her own eligibility to occupy the VP slot.

Only those that aware of the situation will. The vast majority only know what the MSM tell them.

It seems clear to me that “his” excutive orders would become invalid. However, I’m not sure about the Judge. She was approved by the Senate.
What’s the big deal? Just fish the letter out of the file and see if it has the paragraph. Simple. Then release the results to the public, or even better, post it on-line at the NH Sec. of State’s website.
Ah, of course! But what is the “SC” on the receipt?
While we would love to run him out of town as a fake, we would, at the end of the day, rather know the truth. If he's qualified to serve, he's, unfortunately, our President. If he's not, gleefully, he's our new national buffoon! Let's find out...

3. Are the certifications valid and legally binding?
4. Was Mr. Obama born in Hawaii or Kenya.
This is NOT (at least in opinion) a single issue and I categorically deny that it is. Others have told me that Mr. Gardner is a Democrat, and they seemingly use that term as a pejorative as if being a Democrat somehow renders one unfit to investigate. I believe Mr. Gardner to be an honest man, and quite intellectually strong. I shall so believe until proven otherwise."

A-men to that. Real Americans don’t try to legislate communism. Real Americans do not worship Islam. Real Americans do not think of themselves as “African American” or anything other than “American”. He will never be a real American to me or any other conservative.

Perhaps we’ve been looking at the question backwards? We need to find out whether the DNC certifications sent to Hawaii in 2000 and 2004 contained the “legally qualified” language or whether Hawaii received the same DNC certification as the other states.
If Hawaii - prior to the 2008 election - received the same DNC certification as the other states then we will truly be onto something. If the “legally qualified” language was in the prior certifications given to Hawaii by the DNC in 2000 and 2004 then this is probably a non-issue."

to get a single electoral vote tossed out due to his ineligibility is a precedent that we need,and it will continue from there

Ain't no law that says he has to. Until there is, we are grasping at straws. This NH straw appears more substantial than most, as does Dr. Taitz' latest strategy of seeking a ruling on the the legitimacy of the Commander in Chief's orders to the troops.

I’m sorry about the post above. I should considered for one second before hitting “post”. I saw the part of your comment about “ain’t no law” and I’ve seen that argument so many times I saw red.
My comment was both stupid and offensive and if I could edit it out I would. :-(
