State Rep Cynthia Davis (R-MO) (they swore her in before she spoke!) talks about the Constitution and then the issue of how states can legally change info on birth certificates.
This is a new tack and a very interesting way to get her testimony public.
Why don’t they do it with Lucas Smith?
DAVIS:
Most of the states can legally falsify birth certificates. They do it every time a child’s been adopted. They take the original birth certificate and instead of just simply redacting the information they will put on the birth certificate the name of the adoptive parents as if they were present at the birth.
And this happens all the time.
Most John Q average citizens have no idea how pervasive this practice is and how common it is for a state to put forth a birth certificate as if it’s accurate, when it is really not a true statement of what happened at the time of birth.
I can think of a few freeper trolls going to get wee weed up also ;)

I sure hope that includes subpoenas of Obama’s Occidental records in California, too.
It’s likely he, his grandmother, or attorneys made alterations of his records via court requests back in Hawaii.

Seems so.. Hope he grants her/them some kind of protection also. It’s going to get alot more dangerous..
They can’t appeal a motion granted by the judge for discovery. They’re just going to have to wait until they lose in court for them to appeal the case in the 9th Circus.

So you expect a complete coverup to include forgeries? No Obama documents to be found anywhere that would be pertinent to the case. That’s going to be hard to do.

Don’t know without looking at the original filing.
I DO know that Gary Kreep was after the Occidental records in his separate case.
I’d also like to see what’s sitting over at the State Dept and INS, but involving the Feds might be difficult to pull off.

thanks...still skeptical but hopeful...is this all discovery, documents, interrogatories, depositions etc or just the Kenyan BC..I guess we will have to wait for more info..

I was more impressed with the videos after the hearing, more facts less emotion a step in the right direction. I’ll still affectionately call Orly Our Cousin Orly and hope like heck she pulls this together and gets a fair conclusion.

Yes, I noticed that exact thing ! I was wondering why no one has contacted the Chief Administrator...maybe he/she (gender has yet to be determined but signature looks too neat for a male) does not want to answer questions if he/she took a bribe ? Since he/she still works there, you’d think someone would’ve called her by now !
Did anyone see Chris Matthews interview with Gordon Liddy from 7/2009 ? He hammers Liddy for supporting birther theories. If Judge Carter does the honorable thing and BO is proven to be a fraud, it would do certainly serve to humble Matthews, as well as all of the others broadcasters who are encouraged to wage war with the birthers !
