State Rep Cynthia Davis (R-MO) (they swore her in before she spoke!) talks about the Constitution and then the issue of how states can legally change info on birth certificates.
This is a new tack and a very interesting way to get her testimony public.
Why don’t they do it with Lucas Smith?
DAVIS:
Most of the states can legally falsify birth certificates. They do it every time a child’s been adopted. They take the original birth certificate and instead of just simply redacting the information they will put on the birth certificate the name of the adoptive parents as if they were present at the birth.
And this happens all the time.
Most John Q average citizens have no idea how pervasive this practice is and how common it is for a state to put forth a birth certificate as if it’s accurate, when it is really not a true statement of what happened at the time of birth.
I wish I could say I was brilliant and knew it right off the bat, but alas - I cheated! I always translate anything that intrigues me!
When he stated one other, he meant to correct himself in stating that 1 other person went with him to the Hospital.
I realize that, I am refering to the written statement vs his one on the video.

Yeah, he said they (Glenn Beck show) had to start with Van Jones first, and that they are ‘slowly working their way up the ladder.’ Then some guy asks a question I could not hear for the life of me...and the guy responds with, “That’s why I’m here.”
A battle can be fought on many fronts, and everyone has something to contribute: ordnance, logistics, communications, etc. Beck is doing his part. Orly Taitz is doing hers.

I am not a lawyer. I think BamaKennedy would appeal, and appeal and appeal and appeal for as long as it takes to get the case tossed. I never expect him to show anything about his origins and his real 'life'.

I just talked to Orly:
She has 2 good news items that she is very busy with right now:
1. Judge Carter is ‘giving her expedited discovery - immediately’.
2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).
She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.
