State Rep Cynthia Davis (R-MO) (they swore her in before she spoke!) talks about the Constitution and then the issue of how states can legally change info on birth certificates.

This is a new tack and a very interesting way to get her testimony public.

Why don’t they do it with Lucas Smith?

Most of the states can legally falsify birth certificates. They do it every time a child’s been adopted. They take the original birth certificate and instead of just simply redacting the information they will put on the birth certificate the name of the adoptive parents as if they were present at the birth.

And this happens all the time.

Most John Q average citizens have no idea how pervasive this practice is and how common it is for a state to put forth a birth certificate as if it’s accurate, when it is really not a true statement of what happened at the time of birth.

I get the feeling that the big time talk show hosts on our side wanted 0b0z0 to be elected so their ratings would go up after he was sworn in and began his socialistic programs.

However, 0b0z0 has apparently scared the hell out of some of them with his Czars, bailouts and his push for the carbon hell to America bill and now the socializing of our health care situation.

So they might be more interested in removing the cancer in anyway that is legal to do so.

I am just flabagasted at the audacity of that jerk, Mark Harris..

he used Orly’s meeting to push Glenn Becks adjenda and advertise something that had nothing to do with the birth certificate...

Orly let him speak becaise she thought he would address the BC but no he gets free air time for a rally in LA that had nothing to do with the BC...

Glenn Beck has mocked Orly and the birthers all along and refused to get on board...

When Mark Harris was asked about the birth ertificate “He’s not addressing this issue”, Harris said “Its a matter of timing... we are working our way up. We are going after Van Jones first.”

however the birth certificate problem started way before the Van Jones saga....

The unnamed man had said “If we cut the head off the dragon, a lot of these other issues will take care of themselves”

Harris was rude to the man....”HES not addressing this issue” Who cares what Glenn beck is addressing ???

the BC is an ongoing very real trvesty agains the Constitution of the United States...Because Beck didnt get in on the ground floor its a non-issue ???What a prima donna...

Now, suddenly Beck is after the birth certificate ???

What hogwash...

Getting rid of Van Jones will not produce any BC nor any other document..

Neither Harris nor Beck spoke out about the birth certtificate nor stood with orly till right themn AFTER her successful court appearance...

Kids can you say “opportunists” ????????????????

How long after Barry Dunham-Spetoro loses this court case or is order to produce his BC will it take for Beck to claim the laurels ???

I think the problem with Beck going after the birth certificate is legal issues and how long that would take them to get any head way with it. Let Orly take this end. Beck is going after stories that will pick apart his administration to show the American people that he can’t be trusted and this just may help open the can of worms on the Birth issue!

Right now its like banging your head against the wall with the BC issue. He is not a lawyer, so leave this issue to the lawyers. How many times have these cases been thrown out due to standing - come on - standing! Who has standing???? I think its wise that Beck bring in the rest of the world including those that do not agree with the birth issue and make them open their eyes to the incredible corruption that is part of Obama’s world.

I’m a birther, truther, and whatever er’s are out there. But I do understand why Glenn is not touching this issue but is instead hitting everything else. He sure is very effective at what he is doing. Love him!

I noticed one difference in Mr. Smiths declaration, he now says basically he paid two amy officers and an administrator to get the BC..before it was one army officer. (part 2)
