thanks...still skeptical but hopeful...is this all discovery, documents, interrogatories, depositions etc or just the Kenyan BC..I guess we will have to wait for more info..

We should probably put together a dream list of discovery that might be helpful to Orly...?

I was more impressed with the videos after the hearing, more facts less emotion a step in the right direction. I’ll still affectionately call Orly Our Cousin Orly and hope like heck she pulls this together and gets a fair conclusion.

iv. Discovery
The Court indicated at oral argument that it would consider whether discovery
matters should continue to be handled by Magistrate Judge Nakazato. The Court finds that,
since the Court and Judge Nakazato are closely communicating and coordinating in this case, the
continued handling of discovery matters by Judge Nakazato is appropriate.

Now what that means I have no idea. I read somewhere in a summary that he indicated that certain forms of discovery should go on. But I gather his indication was more of a prefunctory process rather than detailed data gathering. I wish I could find that but I don’t remember where I read it.
