The Blue Dog Democrats (self-described as fiscal conservatives, and some are somewhat socially conservative as well) are beginning to jump ship on Obamas monster health scheme. Lets give them every possible encouragement.
Here's the official list of Blue Dog Democrats. The links will take you to their EMail Communication Form pages. (Ill get the rest soon: Im workin on it.)
Keep in mind that they rightly make a priority of responding to people in their own districts. If you have any pretext for using an address in their particular state (e.g. your mama lives in their district) please do so: youll get a higher level of attention.
Following this list is a sample letter I offer for your consideration.
Now go get em!

Dear Representative,
I urge you to vote AGAINST the so-called Health Care Reform which would
Any solution must increase, not decrease, vigorous competition among private insurance and healthcare providers. Only competition provides effective pressure for greater efficiencies. Only competition ensures that services will be provided in the way, the amount, and the manner that we, the people (the "health consumers") actually want. The proposed health-care public insurance option is a major threat to every family's ability to make decisions about health and disability, life and death.
But --- government health care?
With all the efficiency of FEMA and all the compassion of the IRS?
Please. Just Say No.
BUMP
I cannot speak for all of these characters but I can tell you that Loretta Sanchez (the person who defeated B-1 Bob Dornan) is a big time liberal across the board.
Goodbye to you and your Mommy’s jeans...

I am working my way though this list and have had to make some calls to DC.
The rep in FL was very good as he heard my accent(British accent) and asked how the UK health care was.
I told him how it does not work, how the waiting list is awful and how the money /cost is
So far half way
I hope all the others on here are doing the same as you can bet the move on, KOS, huff post are pressuring them too.

phone callers often do not get asked their address.
Also Google Maps is your friend to locate your address in the district.
The scheme is, since the Democrats have a 40-odd advantage, they let the "Blue Dogs" vote against the party when they already have enough votes. But when they really need them, Rahm twists some arms, and they vote as they're told. The fact that they sometimes (or maybe even usually) vote against their party is MEANINGLESS if their party wins the vote anyway. Meanwhile, their constituents are placated nearly all the time.
Jim Cooper of Tennessee claims to be a blue dog also, but his record screams LIBERAL!
ping for home
If by The Grace Of God we can keep this monstrosity from being voted on until August, we must haunt these Blue Dogs day and night during their summer break!
Great letter, Mrs. Don-o!
Ping!
I hate those e-forms--they want constituents, and won't look at any opinion outside the district.
Last week I called three Democrats--and only one hung up on me when I wouldn't be argued with.
I'm probably helping to ruin Obama's meteoric rise to historical transcendence.
But then, I'm helping his spectacular Icarus-like descent from hubris to oblivion.
If they are in your district, they will reply. If they aren’t, don’t bother. Arcuri told me in a note that they would not respond to any e-mail outside of his district.
Thanks for the ping!
