Maybe I could consult a spiritualist/reader to ask my granny where she hid it in 1863. I have some of her silver, so it’s been in hiding before. LOL
Disclaimer...Just joking! I do not contact spirits.

I hide mine in my wallet on the front room table by the door. I figure nobody will ever look there.....

I hide mine in my secret credit union account. I have a secret plastic card that I can put into a slot at my bank, punch in a few numbers - and voila - I get cash...

only if they are being sarcastic, but still I would give no hints. I heard also that people are using Twitter so much and bragging about where they are on vacation, that robbers are going in to their homes while they are away.
I just don't understand why people want to give so much information about themselves on this internet, ego I guess.

It’s ok, I just keep Ben Bernanke’s phone number handy in case of an emergency. If you get low on cash, just give him a ring and tell him you sell insurance and your best friends all work for Goldman Sachs. He’ll print you up a few suitcases of cash lickety split.

I would suggest in the lining of the big honking gun safe people better be installing in their houses.
If you live alone, better get one because a high crime wave is coming.

depends on the amount of metal in question. A full sack of “junk” quarters, for instance, weighs about 75 pounds. Mine is in the bank. Just too much to worry about after my son’s house was burglarized last month.
