Rep. Randy Neugebauer (R-TX) was on a Texas radio station yesterday where here explained his support a Republican floated bill which would mandate that all presidential candidates file birth certificates with the Federal Election Commission. When asked about Obama about Obamas citizenship he said, I dont know. Perhaps he needs to visit FactCheck.org.
Here is the audio courtesy of Think Progress:
Neugebauer was asked about the birth certificate bill. He said, "You know that is a Constitutional requirement, and when office holders go whether it is a city council, or a state rep or a United States congressman, there are certain requirements that they must meet, and you know there was some question in the last election, about both candidates, so why not just have that candidate furnish documentation that says that this particular individual is a natural born citizen and then all of these questions arent lurking out there. It doesnt apply to the last election. Some people think it is a bill to throw out Barack Obama, its not. Its saying in the next presidential election lets make sure that presidential candidates meet the Constitutional requirement.

Why? It’s not like there’s actually going to be another Presidential election or anything.
Ping!
There isn’t one.
Demons are conjured up, not born.
If we’re ever going to get our hands on it, we better do it before those lunatics in North Korea nuke Hawaii.
If the BC is there, do you really think Zero would try to prevent such a thing?
I doubt it.
I think he has already said he wouldn’t stop the North Koreans from nuking Hawaii. That would be “meddling.”
that’s right...there is no birth certificate and Obama is not the rightful president.
The fact is that Obamas birth certificate is not hidden. It is in his Chicago office. The reason why Rep. Neugebauer has never seen any evidence is because he doesnt want to see the truth. The birther bill is going nowhere, because even if the bill was passed, conspiracy theorists would find some other way to doubt Obamas citizenship. FactCheck also has high resolution photos of the Obama birth certificate. The birther bill is pointless and unnecessary. It is nothing more than a way to keep a conspiracy theory alive.
Forgive the long paste from the linked article..but here is what I don't understand..I am not a lawyer..yet I don't know of any U.S. court that would allow documents to be entered as evidence based on someone's word when we can see the document ourselves..just because someone has "touched it" etc..just doesn't ring true..why has obama spent millions defending lawsuits when a twelve dollar sheet of paper can stop them dead in their tracks???..and besides..who the hell is factchecks.org???
Factcheck.org is a shill for zero.

Better work fast. 0 will be eating hotdogs with the Iranians at the WH 4th BBQ .... AND it’s ‘date night.’

thanks for the link.
Good one!!

It is funny that Obama let’s factcheck.org see the certification of live birth, but does not enter it into evidence in the court cases. Instead spends nearly a million to fight submitting any proof (I suppose that is the transparency Obama campaigned so much on). Hawaii may in fact recognize Obama as a natural born citizen, but Hawaii is very lax in that area. What hospital was Obama borned in and who delivered him? Ideally there should be a real birth certificate which provides these details. But I don’t see that happening. Obama appears to be hiding something about his birth.

This is questionable, the word “next”. So what’s he really getting at...the fact that no one will impeach the Zero so let him play out his 4 years? Or is it to make sure that he doesn’t qualify to run again after 4 years?
