Rep. Randy Neugebauer (R-TX) was on a Texas radio station yesterday where here explained his support a Republican floated bill which would mandate that all presidential candidates file birth certificates with the Federal Election Commission. When asked about Obama about Obamas citizenship he said, I dont know. Perhaps he needs to visit FactCheck.org.
Here is the audio courtesy of Think Progress:
Neugebauer was asked about the birth certificate bill. He said, "You know that is a Constitutional requirement, and when office holders go whether it is a city council, or a state rep or a United States congressman, there are certain requirements that they must meet, and you know there was some question in the last election, about both candidates, so why not just have that candidate furnish documentation that says that this particular individual is a natural born citizen and then all of these questions arent lurking out there. It doesnt apply to the last election. Some people think it is a bill to throw out Barack Obama, its not. Its saying in the next presidential election lets make sure that presidential candidates meet the Constitutional requirement.

That's the rub. It would have to be an independent grand jury investigation into criminal charges against perps from OUTSIDE the Beltway because noboDy INSIDE has the balls to launch one.
Hello, and welcome to the discussion. To get up-to-speed, please read Why Obama will never show his birth certificate
link does not work
OK, I’ve recently noticed that one of the images I have is actually residing on a different site called, snappedshot.com, and their certificate expired or is bad.
You might get the message:
The certificate for “StartCom Certification Authority” is signed by the unknown Certificate Authority “StartCom Certification Authority”. It is not possible to verify that this is a valid certificate.
Just click REJECT and it will load normally. I will go into my blog and make the offending image a part of my graphics album, and that will solve the problem.
Also, keep in mind that my site has a sh*tload of graphics and you have to give them a little time to load.
It would help if you do the following first:
Clear out your Internet cache before attempting to access it, and make sure that ypu’ve set aside enough disk space to store it. At least 100MB is required.
Also, it would help if you made sure that it is the only browser window or tab you have open.

If that still does not work, check back later this evening after I’ve had a chance to edit it.
Thanks!
“I always have to laugh at that statement. Factcheck “staffers”. Who are they ? The office boy and mail room clerk ? Noticed they don’t say - hired independent forensic examiners, giving their names and qualifications to make such judgements.”
Close.
They are none other than Jess Henig, a half-decent writer but a rank amateur photographer (or so she claims), and Bob Miller, who didn’t do much more that hold the (*cough* *cough*) COLB. Of course, now he can lay claim to the most famous fingers in the media.
These two struggled to even describe what it felt like, other than “smooth.”
I would have left them off the hook if not for the fact that the top 1/3 of the Seal was intentionally cropped out of two photos taken of the reverse side.
It doesn’t take a graphics expert to see that the entire Seal on the front side was the main attraction here, with so much effort expended to show it off from different angles and under different lighting conditions.
Why? Because it was the lack of a raised Seal on the original “scan image” that “raised” so many criticisms of it.
There are a bunch of glaring boo-boos in the photos, but wouldn’t you know it? The most obvious one is also the most telling one.
Ron has the guts to put his ,expertise out there for world to see, Hahahaha ok, if you say so!
You and Ron hiding behind a username, how about that !
