From newsbusters If the Bush White House had engaged in anything similar to what's being described here, there would be calls for impeachment. Maybe there should be similar talk now. As it is, the establishment media will more than likely work very hard to ignore this. It should not be ignored. What attorney Tom Lauria describes is nothing short of chilling.

One of my clients was directly threatened by the White House, and in essence compelled to withdraw its opposition to the deal under threat that the full force of the White House press corps would destroy its reputation if it continued to fight. That's how hard it is to stand on this side of the fence.

This is extortion. Chavez used similiar strong arm tactics to confiscate Exxon owned assets in Venezuela for the government. Obama is turning the United States into a banana republic.
The libs were claiming for years that Bush was using this tactic against those opposed to the war, but never actually got anyone to state that they were threatened or that they were attacked by the White House.
This admin is n fact using this tactic, and the media doesn’t care.
I do not say this lightly, and I hope I am not being incendiary, but I believe this nation is heading for some kind of civil conflict. The abuse of power and stupidity of the the Obama administration will probably be greater than even under Ahab and Jezabel.
He should have responded with “Try it and I’ll sue you and your lackies a$$es off for slander.”

2. Powerful Executive at the expense of Congress and the Judicial.
3. Government controlled banking, credit and securities exchange.
4. Government control over employment.
5. Unemployment insurance, old age pensions.
6. Universal medical care, food and housing programs.
7. Access to unlimited government borrowing.
8. A managed monetary system.
9. Government control over foreign trade.
10. Government control over natural energy sources, transportation and agricultural production.
11. Government regulation of labor.
12. Youth camps devoted to health discipline, community service and ideological teaching consistent with those of the authorities.
13. Heavy progressive taxation.
This once proud nation will be a fascist state by 2010 and there will only be a whimper of resistance.

A special prosecutor should be appointed to determine whether the Hobbs Act was violated by a threat which sounds an awful lot like criminal extortion.
Your observation is correct. King Obama is attempting to establish a communist like government and will extend his term to life. He has so far shown how he can distort and use our Constitution to operate like a corrupt Chicago type of thug control over Americans. The sides seems to be between the blind cult followers, their leaders, and the Constitutionalists.
I’m thinking it might be more along the lines of a very ‘uncivil’ conflict....! And frankly, I’m more than ready, as I’m sure many are across the country. The system-wide corruption in all our ‘checks and balances’ institutions is so extreme right now, we are left with no other choice. And our Founders would be disappointed in us if we didn’t exercise, uh, our certain Amendment rights to counter this tyranny.
