Can anyone define these sentences for me: “Ego venit , ego posteri , ego eram zotted.”

It will grow in any soil I expect, but could spinach contain iron if there is no iron in the soil?
Does all soil contain iron?
How’s your day going?

I would say that if spinach required iron it wouldn't grow in soils without iron. I don't know much about soils.
Day's gone well, mostly, for all I've done little. A big chunk taken out of the middle to go to a luncheon at church for us to meet a Rectoral candidate, one of three. We had a good turnout though, which I was glad to see.

My sister sent a text message from the PNW Folklife Festival -- with a dry sunny day I'm not surprised it was packed. We'll go Monday.
How are you?

We had a good turnout though, which I was glad to see. That shows that the people in your church are involved, and care deeply about their leadership. That's great.
Are you going to bring a few chairs to the festival?
Spring is here, yea!
Everything is going in the ground tomorrow. ;-)

It
is great! And our "converts" not least among them (though as it turns out more than I had known of our congregation came from somewhere other than an Anglican/Episcopal church).
Bring chairs to this festival... no way. This festival is huge: normally something like 40-50k people filling the Seattle Center (where the Space Needle is). When the weather is like this it grows even more. It takes forever to get from venue to venue, the venues are packed, hey, even the lawns are packed! (Oh boy, I just realized -- the conditions are going to be perfect for major allergy problems.)

"Question: If I grow spinach in soil which contains no iron, will my spinach still contain iron?
If so, where does the iron come from?" Earth has an iron core. The spinach has to grow very long roots.

And a whole holiday weekend of same. As a folk/ethnic music fan all I can say is, “I am doomed.” Folklife will be overrun by “others”; I just hope we can make it into the venues of interest.

If I grow spinach in soil which contains no iron, will my spinach still contain iron? No, but it will be yellow and very scrawny and glow in the dark!

Earth has an iron core. The spinach has to grow very long roots. And very heat-resistant. But hey, look what it does for Popeye: interesting article on Why Donald Duck Is the Jerry Lewis of Germany (he quotes Goethe! Maybe I am living in the wrong country).

Yep! You need iron in your soil, it is needed by plants to make chlorophyll. You know - the stuff that makes the leaves green.

I have come with some new ideals for TV reality games shows.
